  1. My school record (example form) doesn't have a stamp or signature from the issuing personnel. USCIS letter says to include one. Is this an issue?
  2. Yes, I plan to. But, again, are the papers my schools are going to sign considered affidavits? Because, the steps I need to do will change if they are. I think the RFE states a condition to be met when sending affidavits: “If none of the above secondary evidence is available, you must establish that such evidence is not available by submitting EVIDENCE OF NON-EXISTENCE. AFTER DOING SO, tertiary evidence, such as AFFIDAVITS, may be submitted.”
  3. RFE states to submit more evidence to prove parent-child relation. Two evidence can be sent: "school records" and a baptismal certificate. 1. SCHOOL RECORD: All schools have lost my records. However, they're willing to sign a paper that verifies that I went there and that my parent's name was used. Is this "paper" considered as an affidavit? 2. BAPTISIMAL CERTIFICATE: I'm getting one this week so it will be a very NEW document. RFE states to submit OLDEST available document. Should I still get this certificate?
