Tereza, I would advise you to be patient. Your case approval is on the way. Take your mind off for now and keep checking your mail weekly for updates. I've long taken my mind off and focus on my work and activities that gives me peace of mind. It's really bad spouses have to wait years before reuniting with their love ones. Worst when they have no child in between the waiting period and they are growing older each year. Long distance relationship is not worth it. If not for love, I personally would have given up and moved on. May our patience end in Joy.

Yea.... The key word is patient and going about your regular routine while checking for updates once weekly. I know it's so frustrating to have been on the cue to reunite with our love ones. The US immigration system has put me through a Master class in patient. After waiting for 4 years without reuniting with my wife and still waiting, I just gave up my anxiety. I hope they do better by speeding up the process for IR1 applicants and petitioners.

Alright... Mine was file by my wife and field center Texas. My case got approved after 308 days, approximately 10 months, although I had RFE for my marriage certificate which was submitted to the attorney before approval.
