Hello All,
First time posting. I am in a weird scenario. I filed the petition i-130 for my spouse on September 2020 online.
I received the the acceptance and got the case number assigned.
Nebraska was the assigned center.
I kept following up on the processing times for Nebraska and when Cases from September 2020 started to process, I waited for a week.
I reached out to USCIS via phone to see whats going on and why no approval so far.
To my "bad luck" or surprise they told me that my case is at Potomac Service Center and Not Nebraska and wait times over there are long so its still inside normal processing times.
I also sent a message via My Account and got the same reply that its assigned to Potomac Service Center. I have sent them another message and told them that's not what I have been seeing for last 7 months. I have requested them to process my application based on the processing time of the center that is shown in my case status.
Even as of today I get the following Case Status:
******Case Status as of April 29, 2021********
September 14, 2020
Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was EmailedOn September 14, 2020, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXX, and mailed you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our Nebraska Service Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Current as of today at 2:09 p.m.

What do you guys think? What should be my next move? Or There's nothing practically I can do except waiting?
