Sucks we got transferred, some people are getting approvals in 60 days 😢 Also NVC/Embassy are back logged as well so this is a painful process being away from your spouse.

thanks. This is a good idea. It seems like they are processing October right now (based on recent updates on visajourney.com) . My NOA 1 is December 31st, 2020 and no approvals yet.

Did you check with USCIS if it's actually at Nebraska? Sometimes they transfer the case. Like my NOA1 also came from Nebraska, but it turns out its at Texas which makes a huge difference in time for it to be processed.

pravinptl97 reacted to Cherie123 in USCIS prioritizes permanent residents over US citizens?
Looking at TexasService center processing times for I-130 are 1 week to 7 months for permanent residents, but 8.5 months to 10.5 months for US citizen filing for a spouse. I thought US citizens had priority over the other groups.( that is why lawyers recommend applying for citizenship rather than staying permanent resident).  Why is it like this at the Texas service center?

Okay I was never notified from USCIS I have the lawfully app and got a notification from them. I logged into USCIS and decided to check the documents tab because I'm paranoid of getting an RFE and there was actually an approval notice! So everyone just be sure to check your documents tab because your status may not update! For reference it took 311 days. TSC transferred to Potomac (idk when the transfer took place) Good news is coming you guys. It feels like it will never come until it does!
