I have also never received Prima facie and I'm 2019 filler.

The NBC holds i751 cases until the local office can schedule your interview. It can take 4 to 18 months for the local offices to schedule your interview so it is unlikely Miami has your case yet until your status changes to being moved to the field office and your interview has been scheduled.

Sk N  I'm aware every situation is different I'm not so sure about all officers knowing what they are doing though..

To all whose waiting on interview to be scheduled, we got an update today that a schedule letter will be mailed, guess I’m just gonna call to find out exact date tomorrow.

I filed my case September 2019, did my biometrics January 2020, my case was transferred from Potomac to Missouri June 2021, received my letter of interview July 19, my interview was done last August 10 then the same date I checked my status to card released. I will receive my card on Tuesday based on tracking number thru USPS. It took me about 1 year and 11 months of waiting. Good luck!

😍the waiting is over! I had my interview last august 10 and it was only less than 10 mins! Thank GOD! brought my hubby and my little one with me that day, when I checked my status online after it was change that my GC will released!!! I will received my GC on Tuesday thru mail☺️Good luck to all!!

I believe I am also one of the individuals who filed in 2019, 12th of June to be precise , this situation is so frustrating , but it will surely end well ….. a lot of people on here filed in 2021 and have been scheduled for interview, this system is really not working as it should , and I guess a lot of people are in the same shoe as me here in NY ….. this is to the XTREME!!!!

Sandranj how is it possible that you apparently have some I-360 approvals from 2020 if we are still waiting from 2019 and 2018 filling? 
 
Another question have you and everybody else seen special immigrants fillers who also file i360 processing time changed to super short? Why are they treated so special? We are the ones who suffered/suffering abuse and are/were not safe on in danger of our lifes..is that not enough to speed up processing time..just wondering!

If you have money for an attorney I would go that route. Some congress  people don't answer immigration requests. That depends on the state. I don't understand how some people here are talking about patience and staying humble and not bother USCIS and normalizing 3, 4 years waiting time. The fact that we are being treated like secondary human beings doesn't mean we need to act this way.

July 11th 2019 Uscis received my case for I-360,  I-485 and I-765
 
PD/ND on the notice of action receipt August 6, 2019
 
September 9. 2019 RFE was sent to me. Police clearance 
 
December 9. 2019 I sent the RFE  police clearance back 
 
after that completely silent 
 
February 24 2021 New card is being produced under I-360
 
March 1. 2021 card was mailed  I-360

 
March 5. 2021  Card  was delivered  I-360
 
April 20. 2021 Case was approved  I-360
 
May 2021 received RFE for medical 
 
June 2021 I sent the RFE for medical back 
 
August 3. 2021 New card is being produced under I-485
 
August 4. 2021 case was approved under I-485

I believe the i360s are sent to the local office after adjudication. I say this because when I attended my interview I saw a thick tan file that had most of the i360 documents as the officer was flipping through it very quickly! Second question… no there’s no interview for i360 only i485! At least to the best of my knowledge!👍

I'm sorry if my questions are stupid but I have two questions! 
1.Does Uscis send forms I-360s to NBC for reviewing? 
2. Can applicants have interviews based on I-360 in their field offices to determine approval?
