As said before: the more information you provide, the easier will be for the members of the forum to help you. 
 
At minimum, share your whole timeline from when you entered the US to when you filed for removal of conditions plus an image of the denial letter - without any personal information-.

I haven't, because on both my refiles, I did it immediately, exactly as I suggested you do on my prior reply.

Also another question for everybody :
do you guys know anybody who had NTA and was detained/lost his job?
 
If I go on vacation abroad can CBP detain me if I do not have a stamp/or even if I do as they will see that my status was terminated?
 
I'm afraid USCIS will give me an appointment for a stamp in one month and in a meantime I have nothing to show to prove me legal presence...
 
I am also afraid even if I file I-751, USCIS will refuse me the stamp and make me wait for a receipt for 2 or 3 months..

Thank you! The lawyer just suck more and more money from me. When discussing denial I caught her on not knowing about I-290B and she also did not present me other options to take since the denial. She just told me I have to go back to my country because I'm illegal now.

I would just file new I751 as soon as possible and immediately after, book that appointment to get the stamp. 
 
Urgently calling @mindthegapwho is the absolute expert in this kind of issue. 
 

Does anybody feel that USCIS is  totally disrespecting immigrants who follow the rules? Not giving us any info about our cases, disregarding our inquiries, prolonging adjudication, extending processing times, no contact with officers, adding new fees....
I'm tired of waiting for over 3 years

Yes,  they inquired to USCIS many times and the answer was that my case is still under review, pending, has issues or in background check...it felt like they didn't even check what's going on but every time sent a generic letter to get rid of me..

Interview after reaching to supervisor March 2022.
Now no response they say background check as explained above.

I have been waiting 33 months now. Not being asked about additional evidence, had one RFe for good moral character. Sent multiple letters to USCIS, no responses or received generic ones that my case is pending or there are unresolved issues. Congressman, Senator and Ombudsman never helped. They tried to find out whats going on but failed so far. USCIS has never mentioned that my i360 is under security or background check. I'm thinking about filing mandamus writ. So far I keep writing letters to USCIS and emails to Congressman, Senator and Ombudsman. 

Just got "New Card Is Being Produced" update on my I485 case. Cant stop smiling. I am now a permanent resident of the United ducking States of Murica. I will always be indebted to this group for the education, guidance and kindness provided. Nothing else on the internet or offline compares to what I got here. @TBoneTX, @Demise @Pinkrlion @Rhema1  @Anujra and so many others, you rock big time. Thank you also for tolerating my last minute jitters and anxiety. I will continue to haunt this group and will be available as needed, to share what little I know. For everyone waiting, please keep hope alive and I wish you success at the soonest. I hope you all find strength and courage every day from this group and elsewhere. 

Congrats! I see that you filed your I-360 in June 2019. I filed in November 2019. So they still have been working on the 2019 cases and sometimes approving the 2020 forms..

I always say don't ask your Senator because he/she can care less about your case.Ask your congressperson.

What was RFE for?

Uscis officer can still send you to the secondary inspection office as he sent me when I traveled a week ago. But spent there only 5 min, went to the restroom at least as when being in the immigration line I couldn't leave!

My lawyer also didn't let me to leave the country whilst my vawa was pending buy I didn't tell him, visited my family for 3 weeks and came back with no problems.
