Update : Got a phone call this morning. It took over 48 hours and less than 72 hours to get a call back. He verified my identification and sent the biometrics appointment document through email that I can print it out.
Hi, I just want to let you know guys what happened to me right now now.
I sent my I-485 and CR-1 visa through mail on early September. My case status changed on 22nd September as ‘Fingerprint Fee was received’ and it haven’t changed at all. I feel a bit weird because everybody was getting biometric appointment mail but me. I always check on visa-journey.
Therefore, I decided to call USCIS and I just talked with one of the agent. She said my biometric appointment is on 12th February which is next week. She said they are going to call me in 48 business hours. Also She was telling me that mail could be lost at somewhere and they cannot track it.
If you did not receive any mail, just try to call USCIS and talk with agent. You might have biometric appointment without any notice.
