Well, we found our interview times.  I talk like I am there.  I found interview times for both of them (her and her son) for next week Tuesday.  We were going to do ASAP, but the only times this week are Tuesday and Wednesday.  Both of them have their medical Monday morning so between that and the COVID vaccination, it is better to wait 1 week.  Appointments are scarce in December now (which makes sense because we are approaching the halfway mark of the year) but January is not lacking in appointment days.  The appointment should be scheduled within the next 2 hours today and then it will be me emailing all the paperwork to her, including my reaffirmation with an updated intent to marry.  I am definitely excited about this and I know she is also.  We both are just concentrated on taking this one step at a time but Friday was awesome for her.  We submitted both corrected DS-160s (we had to complete another app for her because I put official for her passport.  It is regular by the way unless the beneficiary or child are diplomatic or government people) with pictures and 1 hour later she went to the banks to withdraw and pay for the MRV.  She provided me the receipt numbers at my lunch break (which was 8 hours later) and I attempted last night (almost 20 hours after she visited the bank) to put in the receipt information.  She told me the bank said the next morning.  I read on the site for 10am the next morning, but I thought it was 10am weekdays only.  I checked this morning, put in the receipt numbers for both of them, and the system accepted them as valid numbers and showed me the available appointments.  So for the appointment thing, just check following morning after the MRV is paid.  Just as with other computer systems, it works 24/7/365 so it does not wait until Monday to open appointments if you pay on a Friday.

The good news is when that usually comes, you can expect some decision within the next few days or weeks.  I know that doesn't seem hopeful but I am going off of others having that same message in the past.  Maybe check your case # on the site twice a week to see if it updates. (just so you dont go crazy checking every night)

I realize I did not answer your final question correctly.  Yes, they can send multiple pieces per waybill.  Pieces will have their additional tracking information but think of the waybill as a box/pallet/crate that each individual petition goes in to consolidate shipping.  So yes, it is possible.  Check pieces inside of a way bill.  If you see 1 piece, then 1 petition.  Multiple pieces are multiple petitions.  Assigning additional trackers apart from the waybill helps with separation and identification when the petitions arrive to the embassy.

The way I understand it and the way my tracking went, pieces refers to the petitions being sent.  When they sent mine off to Ukraine, it was one piece inside of 1 waybill.  When yours shows "in transit" then just put the date you were notified a day later on the site and you should be able to track it.  I pulled a screenshot this morning of one that shipped Tuesday so even the following morning is enough time to wait.  And they ship every other week so the next shipping week will be 21st/22nd of December.

They are not going to contact you till they send your case to your embassy. If you wanna know your case number which is going to help you for being checking your case status you need to call NVC.

Basically you want to think of it this way.  And I tried to type this on my phone earlier but that did not pan out so well.
There is no expiry date, but what I am trying to do is prepare everything right now and make edits later.  For courier stuff for bank statements and the I-134, I would have the petitioner email the embassy, or you can, and ask if originals of I-134 and supporting documents are required.  I only suggest this because in Ukraine, I can email my copies to the beneficiary (Anna) and she can print them out as proof.  If this is the case for Oman, that would save you all some headache in coordinating shipping methods and you would only need to plan a time to print out documents.
The date is not an issue.  Unless the petitioner signed/emailed the documents directly before going to sleep, the documents will not show the same date.  The goal for the I-134 and supporting documents is to show that at the present time of the interview, the petitioner can support you as the beneficiary.
The scans I received were 1 week after the petition arrived to the embassy.  You or the petitioner should receive the email within 2 weeks of when the embassy receives it.  If it ships this week, an email with instructions from the embassy should be received by 17.12 or 24.12 (december 17th or 24th) if not earlier.
I am excited for you both!  Especially since it is showing in transit!

@Abhik30 It looks like the petition for you is arriving to Muscat on Tuesday 14.12.  You or the petitioner can use that waybill number to track the petition as it moves along.

The medical check didn't require any documents from the embassy. The copy of the email from NVC worked just fine. Also I received the instruction from the embassy when I got home. It took 1 week  just like you told me

What are the questions?  To be honest, there is a tutorial on here that gives you a wealth of information.  The top banner of options has Guides -> US visas -> K1 Fiance visa.  You can use the search in the upper right corner to find specific topics.  I would also check the I-129F form on USCIS's website and look at what they require.  https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f  Go here and click on checklist of required initial evidence.  Then once you read through that and understand what they are asking, come back here to Visa Journey and look up the K1 Process.  Compare what USCIS is asking for the I-129F and what Visa Journey suggests.
When my fiancée and I decided to pursue this, we already met once in person and knew each other for 11 months (which does not sound like a long time, but it is amazing how much you can talk.)  I wanted the second visit to be the one where we gathered the evidence and filled out the form as needed.  (Just to let you know that this was before my account with Visa Journey was opened).  I basically read up on the K1 vs the CR1 and we both decided to go the K1 route.  We gathered the evidence we needed.  She wanted me to hire an attorney for the process so I made an appointment after I returned from visiting her with an attorney close by.  Because of the pandemic, it ended up being a zoom call.  He basically told me "I cannot tell you what to put on that form but I can give you a general idea."  I asked him some "general" questions and he answered for me.  He also suggested as the intent to marry for us to both date and sign letters to show our intent and for me to write how we met.  After we gathered evidence (because I wanted to front load as much as possible just in case) I filled out the form and sent it all off.  Then, I discovered Visa Journey.
Basically, do like what I suggested with both items.  Start with looking at the checklist of the form I-129F, then come back here to Visa Journey and look at what is suggested to fulfill the checklist.
It seems like you have an awesome start anyway and you only need to fill out the information.  There is also a guideline on USCIS for filling out the form.  I had to ask 1 or 2 questions on that to the attorney, but you will be able to find the answers on here for sure.

When I submitted the I-129F proof of meeting, I definitely did the same thing.  I printed my bio from my US passport and my stamps.  Then I printed her bio from her Ukrainian passport and her stamps.  And I reread what you said.  It should not be an issue.  As long as the customs dates match up with any other proof of flights, then you will be good.  We provided everything from boarding passes to passport stamps and the resort bill.  I also visited her a month before I petitioned so we had that meeting.  You will explain your time you departed/arrived so that will match up in each passport!  Blessings on your journey and stay strong!

@Bittersweetlovee I tried to do some background research and the few I saw were maybe a few months after NVC received.  Also, K1s are being processed at the Mexico City Embassy.  This is what I read from the Juarez embassy website for the K1 part.  But as far as timelines, see if you can get an idea from posting in the Mexico/south america regional forum.  I noticed most were from the IR1/CR1 people but you might be able to get an idea from people.

Oh yeah that is what mine said (the ceac screenshot) before mine was requested from the embassy.  Once I received the email from NVC that said mine was requested, it changed to in transit and then ready the next day (for the electronic receipt).  Then I was able to track the package via DHL and it arrived to the embassy in Ukraine today actually.  I'll give more info on your embassy and check the history on this once i get out of work mode.

Basically how it works for us which is normal for everyone, when you filled out the petition, you included the beneficiary and the child/children.  When the beneficiary fills out the DS-160, it will ask if there is any family traveling with the applicant (beneficiary).  The beneficiary writes yes and then writes the child/children and what their relationship is (child).  Then at the end of the DS-160 once it is signed and the confirmation page is printed/emailed/etc, there will be a button that says "start family application" and it prefills most of the same information from the beneficiary application.  In the family area of the child's application when it asks if the child is traveling with someone, put yes and put the parent (mother or father) and their relationship to the child (parent).  The child one, unless they are of age to work, is simple to fill out as the work/previous marriages/education are not included and it skips over to the security questions after you fill out the child's parent's information.  (where the mother and father live, what their status is, etc)

I apologize as I would have answered this earlier but I was not thinking clearly when I saw the question and wanted to give a concrete answer.
Oh the same goes for the visa fees if the child is traveling with the beneficiary, you pay for each person.  So for me, I am providing the visa MRV fee for both Anna and her child.  So basically $530 according to ustraveldocs.  If the child does not travel with the parent at the time of visa issuance, then you would follow the "follow after visa" process if it is within the allotted time frame (i do not remember offhand without going through the guide).  Since Anna and the child are both traveling together, we fill out both applications and pay both fees.  Both of them will attend the interview together and both passports will be stamped for travel.  Also for medical before, both receive the medical exam.

Let me know either in here or via private message if you have any other questions on that or need more clarity with specific situations.

Worked on the DS-160 with her before work earlier.  That was fun.  I think there might be one part where I was confused a bit, but it was at the point where it said "is there anyone traveling with you" and I had her put her son for it.  But i also know she will fill out another DS-160 for him.  I figured that at least sets the stage for his DS-160 and won't really hurt to have it in there.  It was fun to have her go through all the security questions though (it was easy but explaining what the security question meant as in some of the paramilitary and other questions alike) but we made it.  We should be able to submit it before the end of the week and then get the receipt for the bank payment.  This way like @Caboose29 mentioned, we can start checking the interview slots for when we get the green light.

I might be late to the game to ask or advise but see if your case is in a ready status for the digital receipt.  I know ours was in ready status for the digital copy when I checked Wednesday night.
This helped me with more celebrating.  And yes, tracking the case showed me that the arrival should be tomorrow.  We are going to prepare everything we can now so we are all set to schedule if any slots are opened in December, but also we will see if/when she receives the official email from the embassy for the go ahead.  It is definitely very exciting compared to the spring and summer.  There is still waiting, but the wait pales in comparison to the first 8 months.
