I'm no economist or even accountant, but it takes no professional training, just a soupçon of common sense, to see what is emerging from the DOGE-led investigations of the US Treasury and USAID.  Yet to come are the Pentagon, the CIA and the FBI, among a host of Beltway others.

The American taxpayer, it is already clear, has been fleeced for decades by this deliberate financial obscurantism at a level beyond comprehension, a significant part of which fits easily under the old category of featherbedding, especially for loyalists of both parties.  When it is finally added up, it will more than justify the title of this article.
 
Government spending transparency has simply not existed in any of our lifetimes, not even remotely.  The legislators themselves have little idea on how money they authorize is ultimately spent.  Most apparently don’t care—at least they act as if they don't—as long as their patrons get their portion of the payout.

If you've seen all those videos of Hamas' underground cities in which they plan and prepare for their urban warfare against Israelis, you will notice a lot of interesting things.
 
One of them is that they are all lined with massive amounts of concrete.  There are miles and miles of these tunnels and bunkers, and most of the destruction in Northern Gaza is the result of Israel systematically destroying the UNDERGROUND city that Hamas built.  The bombs fall to destroy those bunker-like tunnels, and the result is that the buildings above also get flattened.

So where did all that concrete come from, you might ask... It turns out that USAID helped build the cement factory with hundreds of millions of dollars in aid money and pays the company for whom we built the factory for the products, giving them a steady source of funds.  [...]

The main takeaway I get from this week, and the USAID and DHHS revelations is that the Democrats and the media are targeting the process of discovery, attacking Elon Musk and his DOGE meds. 
 
However, they are all eerily silent about the actual dispersal of funds. They know it as fact, because Elon and his team brought the receipts and made them public immediately. After promising transparency, the new administration is certainly delivering on that promise.
 
It might just be a brave new world after all.

My case was changed to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS." again yesterday, and the case was approved today. 
For now, I want to say goodbye to USCIS for 9 years, and I hope everyone's case is approved soon.

White House press sec said on X: ".....If you illegally enter the United States of America, you will face severe consequences."  Notice, she didn't say "and commit crimes"....

Tom Homan was asked "What would it take to get a visit from ICE"? Homan said "Be illegally inside the US".  They are also saying "The worst first".

We mailed our ROC application on the 6th, it was received on the 10th, payment processed on the 15th!

I totally missed that they’ve already submitted their ROC petition!

One thing is very certain when it comes to USCIS is the right hand doesn’t always know what the left hand is doing! We hope information they tell us to submit to them like address change will stick yet it doesn’t always go that way for whatever reason.

I am creating this forum for all the applicants who are going to submit their petitions in January 2025 for the I-751 Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence. I have finalised my package, which will be sent to USCIS today. Looking forward to hearing other experiences.
 

This person has already filed their 751. And no, it does not always "stick". When I filed for N400, a year after my 751, USCIS sent me to my older State for biometrics.
