    So for you to understand my sponsor is 72 and she is using her SSA income to sponsor me and I’m 34 she is a US Citizen

    I think it will be better to talk to a lawyer because as long as he or she doesn’t have any dependent probably will be good I advise it will be little more then 22,000

    It’s been 7 months now USCIS sent me RFE and after sending it back to them it’s been 4 weeks and still waiting my case is at Vermont and they are very slow
