  1. My AOS interview is 3/19 (super excited and nervous) and they've asked me to bring a list of items. One of them being a completed Form I-86 4 (unless already submitted). Now I obviously submitted this with my original package and received no RFE's with my submission. Question - Do I need to bring this completed form again with me to the interview and if I do, am I taking the tax returns etc from 2019 that I used with my initial submission? I have current W2's and my wife and I filed taxes for 2020 which I can also take with me. Appreciate you all!
  2. My I-485 interview has finally been scheduled!! I'm beyond excited and nervous. Question - How long typically is your interview date after they have updated the status to 'Interview Was Scheduled'? I'm waiting for the interview date to come in the mail, but would be good to know. Also, what would be the best preparation for the interview in terms of what should I be taking with me, in addition to the original I-485 pack I submitted and additional evidence?
  3. To confirm, it's my wife that wants to apply for it and would be all in her name
  4. Hey there, I'm currently going through the adjustment of status process from an ESTA and have been waiting for my green card interview since Dec 2019. I recently received my work permit and advanced parole renewal. Question - My wife just asked me for my recent pay stubs as she would like to apply for housing assistance. Would this go against me / be considered a public charge? Thank you in advance!
