she's from vietnam same as my ex but my concern is to get denied because of my previous relationship

I met my (ex) in 2014  She was on a student visa, We married in 2015 , She received her Conditional green card around that time we started to have many difference maybe in culture. She received her permanent card 6 months ago and this month we finally decided that we should be better off if we go different ways. I been talking this person online which she totally understands me and i traveled to meet her. I wish to propose to her in the near future maybe in a year . I was looking information on the k1 but i am unsure of what will happen. Our relationship is bonafide but the process and the word Immigration sound terrifying. Is there any concerns for this type of case. Any help will be gladly appreciated!
