@TBoneTXi reached out to congressperson, and reported the issue last week, and a real USCIS agent from Access and information services actually just called me few minutes ago, we have discussion and we will meet via zoom tonight because she wants me to share my screen so they can get better understanding and fix the problem. she said USCIS indeed have problem last year regarding of this glitch that they think it's solved but apparently isn't solved.  so thank for your suggestion, i think this is the first time USCIS called me and not related to my immigration "cases" at all and i actually can talk and discuss instead of asking questions regarding on my case.
 
@OldUser do not worry, not all USCIS agents job are to adjudicate immigration cases, there are in fact other division and it wont affect "backlog" and my complaint wont take "resources" and delayed adjudication of i-751. ( it's long and delayed not because of my complaint anyway). the agent actually said she appreciate my "complaint" because she wants USCIS to fix the problem and this agent is not adjudication officer, hence, none "resources" taken.

my friend got naturalize 2 weeks ago and shes wearing jeans and a shirt ( not t-shirt) and she got same day oath ceremeony,
i personally like to dress up, but thats me.
 
also few months ago when i was in my field office doing something else, a couple looks like going to fish ( literally tank top and short) came for their naturalization and USCIS didnt say "no you cant get in" LOL

Did you send the divorce judgment to the same place where you sent your initial package ? 
 
have you try to submit the Same exact thing in pdf file and upload it to your I-751 account ?

I’ll reword… as you are Canadian you will more than likely be allowed the MAX amount of time permitted… 
That could be around 6 months. 
But, it sounds like you want to go to the US to live with your partner. Not because you want to go on vacation or for business. 
The longer you choose to stay the higher the risk of CBP questioning your intentions and not allowing you to enter. 
Now, I’ll say - I’ve always been stamped in for 6 months (or thereabouts) if I arrived June 29 I was allowed to stay until December 29 (183 days). if I arrived March 14- I was allowed to stay until September 14 (184 days). It didn’t matter if I was planning on being in the US for 10 days or 30… 
I would personally not book a trip of more than a month (I stated this before)- but if you decide to EXTEND your trip (after arriving) you are more than welcome to… 
You know your long trip is  going to raise flags… Why are you looking to book a trip with the MAX allowed time (taking into account your previous entries) if that could lead CBP to deny entry?

no issue. just mentioned all ur names and what name that u prefer. many people in your shoes, passport with A and the US stuffs with B. and middle name usually is initial anyway in the US. u can get a completely new name for example : GAGA MADONNA CAREY ( first, middle,last name) if you want when you apply for ur citizenship. the sky is your limit

does she have advance parole ? did you apply for her last year with AOS package?
for the medical, do u send it to service center or field office? (usually) if you send it to field office there's possibility it will be process faster. where is the field office? no fix timeset for RFE process unfortunately. 
 
whats the plan if she receive her GC? how long school in london? u might need to apply reentry permit? but theres for another time once she receive her GC
 
look at the possibility ( just information) if she can push back her start date by 6 months or a year at the school. always good to know now and decide which best route to navigate

if shes doing consular processing, only need to file i-130. what do you mean when u said push back?

Buy from the home country. Thats what I did 😂 I have similar issue but for “bolster” and not pillow. And turned out I got the wrong one, my friend who sell this kind of thing back home told me to go to craft store and bought filler, I did it, stuff inside and perfecto 

In the RFE, they did mentioned the signature of the transcription clerk being obscured, but once I sent the original in, they rescinded that statement. I have spoken to two different lawyers, and they said the same thing. The agent who looked at my case is incompetent, and the person to let the denial letter through is even more incompetent. I am a United States Marine Corp Veteran, I deserve better than what I got here. I followed everything to a tee, made sure I checked every boxes before I sent out my package.
 
Your statement of "USCIS adjudicators do this all day every day, and it is their job and training to pay attention to details", is incorrect. They are incompetent.

I filed RFE 485 for another person received on 12/19/23. Crickets
