    I added my I-751 case to my online account using the access code i received in May 2023. When i was checking the account today i noticed the case is no longer visible. All other previous cases are visible though.

    For I-751 case its not showing any notices/letters mailed so far. Is that expected?

    Ahh got it. Lol not sure what is the use of creating and getting online access code then? I thought accessing notices/letter would have been a better feature.

    Does anyone know if this Documents section on the USCIS online account supposed to be empty? I thought we would be able to see the notices/letters sent so far. This is the first time i have been assigned with an online case number. I received the online access code in the mail yesterday.

    Getting this letter in mailbox today, Not sure if it's extension, biometrics reuse or online access code. But looks like its from California Service Center.

    Case Timeline/Update: Sent application on May 5th, 2023 Application received at Phoenix lockbox on May 8th, 2023 Credit card charged for $680 on May 10th, 2023 Received SMS/text with Case number (IOE) on May 11th, 2023 Status Updated to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" on May 12th, 2023 Waiting to receive NOA(s) and Extension Letter.

    In my all past USCIS applications i never received IOE case number. Let's see what difference it makes. Although i have seen on VJ people have been getting direct service center case number too.

    Lol, just got the text with case number starting with IOExxxx. Although can't access it online since i don't have the access code. Gonna wait for the letter.
