    Oh right, sorry! Yes, full tax returns are acceptable. I’d probably add a short note explaining that you do not have W2s due to working overseas as NVC is known to overlook things and then request them. This is why transcripts are recommended but if you don’t have them, you don’t have them. Tax returns are next best thing

    It’s either the full tax returns with W2s or the tax return transcript. Consulates prefer the latter but the former is acceptable as well.

    K1 applicants do not create accounts on CEAC and do not need invoice numbers. You do not do anything at NVC except wait for your case to be shipped to the consulate. No. Consulates request cases by batches when they have availability, it has nothing to do with DS-160.

    F2A has always been retrogressed until 2019 when a C wave hit for good 4 years. Now it’s back to the usual way. Have a look at all VBs for years prior 2019. No way of knowing when another C anomaly will happen.
