Wait. There is no reason to contact USCIS yet. The cases are/were processed separately. In the event that one case arrives at NVC first, you can wait until the 2nd reaches there to submit documents for both cases if you wish. Then you can contact the consulate to coordinate the interviews whenever IR-5 interviews are scheduled again. Right now, there is a 60 day halt for IR-5 visas.
