The are no notices given to K1 petitioners when the application arrives at NVC.  NVC will only send a notice when they send the application to the consulate.

If you call NVC you can give them you USCIS number they can tell you if they have received your case or not. You can also ask for your NVC Case number to track it online. That way you can check the status on CEAC and see whether it is "AT NVC", "IN TRANSIT" or "READY" . They usually wont send you an email until they have forwarded your case to the embassy but if your embassy is closed then  they wouldn't it so it SHOULD be still "AT NVC" status. Hopes this helps!!

This month we received the approval of our I-129F.
I moved to another city this year and would like to know where do I change my address for I receive Package 3 on my current address
I already read, I can change when I send the DS-160 Form, but they not send the Packet before I send the DS-160?

    Thank you in advance

During the petition process USCIS doesn't care if the beneficiary moves, they send nothing to the beneficiary.   Only the petitioner's address matters. You can change the address on the DS-160 and at the embassy to inform them where to send the approved visa for the beneficiary. Email address is KING!

You should become familiar with your country's sub-forum here on VJ to get a better understanding of the process for the Embassy that you will be interviewing with. This will allow you to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to take at the US Embassy - Brazil.  Sub-forum for Brazil is located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-mexico-latin-south-america/

For additional information on the Immigration Visa process and required documents, please refer to your letter or email or visit the Consular Section Website at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-BR/iv/information/iv_overview.

Brazilian Visa applicant(s) under the age of fourteen and Non-Brazilian Visa applicants under the age of 14 do not need to appear in person at the Applicant Service Center (ASC) appointment however they must attend in person the Consular Section interview. The parent must bring the minor child's documentation including a printed photo (A 5 x 5 cm (2 x 2 inches) colored printed photo, taken within the last 6 months and with white background. For additional instructions on photo requirement for the US Department of States, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos.html to the Applicant Service Center on behalf of the child.

The Brazilian interview requires all documents presented at the interview to be originals. The I-134 does not require a "wet" signature.

Rio gives you the option of mailing your passport/visa back to you after the interview or pick it up when it is ready. The mailing option takes about 14 days and I have seen that sometimes it takes more. So, we signed up to go pick it up when ready... IT TOOK 2 DAYS for the passport to be ready for pick up!!! This is a huge help since we are in a time crunch!

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

Since you posted in the k1 visa forum I think you may be confused; this is not for the k1 visa.

BHEN reacted to ineedadisplayname in USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for Certain Petitions
It is for work visas. It means they adjudicate it faster a.k.a I think it suppose to be two work weeks to get a response.

Anyway it doesn't apply to family based immigrants.
  20. Thanks
BHEN reacted to geowrian in USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for Certain Petitions
Premium processing is a service for certain annually-limited petitions, namely worker ones. Premium processing is not something available for family-based immigration.
