  1. We are just getting started here. K-1 visa application. NOA2 11 July. Trying to get our ducks in a row. Looks like online class is unavailable because of ‘system maintenance’ that started last month. So only face to face is available? Has anyone done this in the Davao office and could offer any guidance? I just want to make sure she doesn’t make the 10+ hour one way bus ride for nothing. Its weird that you can register for face to face online, but not the online course. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
  2. I sent my first inquiry yesterday. Hope to hear back soon.
  3. Philippines must complete the CFO class as well.
  4. Finally received our NOA2 letter. Actual date of approval was 7 July. Website says 11 July. Whatever. Happy to have it. NOA1 9 June 2022 NOA2 7 July 2023.
  5. Excellent news. I am very happy to see this!
  6. Welcome and Congratulations on your approval! This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case onwards to your Embassy. A few helpful NVC links: NVC phone number is (603)334-0888 🚨 Please note: They are currently NOT answering queries over the phone! 🚨 They are answering through the below email : ➡️ NVCinquiry@state.gov ⬅️ Once you’ve received your NVC case number you can track your case online using the following link, until it is sent to your embassy: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV If you need to submit an inquiry, change an address , or need to update your info in anyway NVC also has a public inquiry form where you can submit your request as well as other requests: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html Also, inside the attached PDF below are a few tips, tricks and hacks to help you along the way. These are items that everyone asks for, so they have been very helpfully put together by senior VJ Member Greenbaum for you to refer to when necessary. If you are new to this thread, please read these first as these are the most asked questions. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nfin98c33IEpB0T0FlURERriblYmlm5O/view?usp=sharing NVC sends petitions to the embassy every two weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A FB group has created a shipping chart for 2023 that you can use to track when the next shipment date will be. It seems to line up with all the dates I’ve seen so far so I think it’s accurate and will include it below. I copied this from the May thread. Kudos to @JojoandThomas.
  7. Hello...Welcome! I copied this post from another month so us June fillers could start tracking our process. If anything is screwed up , the fault is mine. For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and for you to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. This is a place to ask questions and to share experiences. All are here to learn together. Stay patient because this is a long process currently running 10-13 months for your NOA2 or petition approval by USCIS (first stage). Then your petition will be sent to NVC (second stage) and finally your interview at the embassy (third stage). Also, do not compare yourself to others....Some will receive NOA-2 faster than others, some will be stuck at NVC for longer and then finally some will receive interviews fairly quickly at embassy. STAY PATIENT! Please create the timeline in your profile. Also note that USCIS goes by "Received date" : Example I-129 F Sent - March 31, 2022 I-129 F Received - April 1, 2022 (NOA-1) I-129 F - Notice Date - April 4, 2022 In this example your NOA-1 should be April 1. This will help you fill out your timeline properly.
