I actually read online on several law sites and it said 2 identical 2x2 sized passport photos :/. Guess you’ll have to wait to find out if they’ll accept the one you just sent. You never know!

Case complete means NVC has all the documents they need and don’t need any further documents. Right now it’s taking around 6-8 weeks for case complete/aka documentarily qualified. After that you wait for an interview letter
