I had my interview Friday, July 26 in Lawrence, MA. Today, case statuses were updated:
I-751 says new card is being produced (despite being told I wouldn't get a new card).
N-400 status is oath ceremony will be scheduled. 😁

Not sure where this comes from. Before the oath you will be asked whether you had any trips between interview and oath date. You can list those.

As long as you're not barely meeting physical presence and continuous residence requirements that a short trip would disrupt, you should be fine. I wouldn't travel, but you're free to if you need to.

Are you planning to file for citizenship?
ROC is taking 2 years or more and most people file for naturalization before it is adjudicated.
You can update your marital evidence to include the baby when you file for naturalization…
i personally would file before the baby is born as things might get quite hectic during the first few months with the new born.
If you aren’t planning on filing for naturalization you can always send in updated evidence later when they request it.

I'm not seeing a December thread, so here we go I-751 December filers!

I was hoping to file in November, but was away and didn't mail it soon enough. So, mailed my application today, expected delivery Monday!
    Here we go again!! 🤪

Our package is at the lock box as of 12 pm today, woohoo! It's been so long since I updated my timeline that I can't remember.  Do I put today's date for our date that we filed? Or wait until we get the text? Or use the date that's on the NOA1?

    Hi all!

I'm going to be a December filer...first day we can send is 12/17 and I hope I can get my act together by then. Form itself was so easy....I worked a lot on evidence today but it's so time consuming! So happy to have a thread group to follow again as we go through this process!

Just got my text acknowledging receipt of application. EAC...Vermont Service Center. Is that the notoriously slow one? 😜

It's only been a few days. Electronic notifications usually come though after 3-7 days, though some people do not get them at all even though they did include the correct form.

Receipt notice is mailed so takes longer. 1-2 weeks is common but it is not unusual for it to be longer than that.

Hi everyone, I am late November filler.
We sent our package on Nov 26, they got it on 11/29. Text message on 12/1 with case number (no emails but I added it on the form 1145). Cc charged on 12/1, got my Noa (extension) on 12/3. Case update finger prints were taken from AOS 12/6. Vermont center rocks! I'm going to monitor both November and December fillers threads and will be happy to read how it goes for you guys

    1) It should be on your I-797 Green Card approval letter
    2) USCIS address info here - note that it depends on what state you are in, and that there are different addresses depending on if you're using USPS or a courier (FedEx/UPS)
    3) Info on how to pay filing fees is here

I have not filed mine yet but I will be a December filer! Hoping to have it done by the middle of the month! I am so nervous as always and always worried I will forget things. Especially as I have a K2 as well. Plus, we didn't have an interview for AOS so will probably have one this time.
