Yes I did file an AP and AOS. 

We didn't book plane tickets yet but an estimation for us to come back since my K1 visa was issued on Dec2021 i need to bring my kids before 1 year my visa issued. Thank you @Timona and @Adventine and i will update soon.

@BOKURAGAITA I looked at your timeline again and saw there's no info in the I-131 section (for AP / Advanced Parole). Did you send a I-131 form and supporting docs in your AOS packet? If yes, and if you indicated your maiden name there, I'm afraid it's too late. Your AP card will arrive with your maiden name.
 
However, as mentioned, you have a chance to fix it at the I-485 (AOS) interview. Once you have your GC in your married name, you no longer need the AP.  
 
It isn't wise to book travel back to the Philippines until you have the actual card in your hands and have checked it for any mistakes. Both AP and GC are taking many months to obtain.

As mentioned and as I already told you too, your AP, EAD will all come in your maiden name. There's nothing you can do at this point to get them in your married name. You should have filed AOS with married name if you wanted the 2 to reflect such. Now, as @Adventine said, you will have to wait till interview to change things to married name. Then and only then will your GC come in your married name. However, you need to update with IO (you have to tell him/ her as they won't know unless you raise it) and hope the back office that prints GC captures the change before it's printed. If back office fails to capture it, well, you can come back to VJ and we will tell you which route of least resistance to take. I'm not going to write them because that's too much information at this time. 
 
You could have gone @Rocio0010route BUT that ship is now long gone. So, you have to go the @Adventine route. 
 
P.S: If you requested a SS card to be issued, that too will come in your maiden name. 
 
Basically, between now and interview, every document will come in your maiden name. It's only at interview that you can update. Simple. 

u should ask ur chicago consulate regarding in that matter. 
and update for AOS can be months until u can have update. / interview

If you checked the SSN option on your I-485 form, then you should automatically receive your SSN after your AOS is approved.  But USCIS or SSA can make mistakes.  So if you do not get your SSN around 1 month after getting your green card, book an appointment at the local SSA office and apply for SSN in person.
 
 
Not really.  Most non-US resident aliens may only apply for ITIN when they file taxes MFJ with their spouse.  The W7 form for ITIN application normally must be submitted along with tax returns to be filed with the IRS.  Wanting an ITIN to open a bank account is not an acceptable reason to submit W7 without filing taxes, unless the bank is somehow able to provide a request letter to the IRS, which is unlikely.

I believe you are misinformed about the two weeks.
 
One of the rights of the K-1 Visa is that it makes you elegible to apply for a SSN.
 
I believe what has you confused is that people suggest waiting two weeks from the moment you arrive to the US and submitting your application for your SSN: this waiting time is to make sure your I94 (arrival/departure document, they make it at your port of entrance) is uploaded to the central database, which the SSA, the organization that issues the SSN, accesses in order to verify your information.
 
This means that as long as you entered legally to the US and your I94 is unexpired, you are able to apply and get a Social Security Number.
HOWEVER, since you have already submitted your I-495 AND checked the box that you want to be issued the number, then you just have to wait until your Adjustment of Status is done, which could take a while, as you don't want there to be a duplicate-request issue later one.
 
By the way, this is what I did: I arrived on the 15th of August, got married on the 19th, and directly applied for my SSN on the 30 of that month. It worked out fine and now I have my number, AoS still pending.
 
But don't dispair... there are many banks that allow you to get basic bank accounts without a SSN. If this doesn't work out, you can always request an ITIN from the IRS. You can go ahead and google it. This number should work in lieu of the SSN.

Yes, the NOA from the AOS will act as proof you filed the AOS and are in a period of “authorized stay” currently in case anyone from law enforcement asks.  I suggest making a few copies of the NOA as well.

K1 visa is a one time use visa. It expired as soon as you entered the US. You should have relied on your I94 date instead. You must carry I-485 NOA1 with you to show proof your stay in the US is authorized

Same here. We received the receipt numbers online and for I485 it says that it is been actively reviewed

K1 process. 
1.I got sputum last Oct during my medical and Slec told me to contact/call or email the Embassy to reschedule. 
2. After slec told me that im under sputum i immediately emailed and the rescheduling of interview i did it on my own before i come back to get my medical result (after 2mos)
3. It's easy, I got mine reschedule 3weeks before the 2mos sputum wait (very lucky). 
• 3 weeks before my 2mos Sputum
(rescheduled my interview)
• Dec 22 2021 (come back medical)
* March 17 2022 (slec told me i should leave the country)
• Dec 23 2021 (interview reschedule)
• Dec 27 2021 (CFO pre counseling)
• Jan 5, 2022 ( Visa on Hand & got my CFO cert)
• Jan 8 2022 (pcrtest test and result/negative)
• Jan 9 2022 (cebu to dubai)

My fiance just arrived from the Philippines yesterday..I'm using her account here. When does the 90 days begin exactly? Who's keeping track of when we're married? Who do we notify after we've complied with their rules and we're married within the 90 days? She was approved for her visa December 23 and received it January 6 but it's already going to expire on March 17. Why is it going to expire less than 3 months after being approved? Does her visa validity have anything to do with her medical? Will her visa validity dictate how soon we are to get married or is it still 90 days after... being approved, receiving her visa or arriving in America? Any accurate information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Looks like it is very close to delivery .. hopefully all the damage around Cebu won't delay it.   At this point staying in contact with the delivery company is priority

You might not be able to change delivery address.   May have to try to contact the embassy regarding this, I would expect with the typhoon damage around Cebu they would be allowing delivery address to be changed later

before my turn there is a consul whose really grumpy and i said Oh Lord don't put me into that guy but 🙄 he ended up my interviewer but um happy that he was.
