221G reason for denial? What petition was approved? Was it separate? Different filing dates? Did USCIS send the petition to itself? Or NVC? Or do you mean they just confirmed they got your new petition as in “Notice of Action”? 

Same  filing date, same petition, different approval date from the date of the 1st approval and uscis sent it to my husband saying it was forwarded to NVC for processing 

My USC hubby filed for my 3 un married kids under 21yrs. Petition was approved in 2019 and kids went for interview July 2019. The Lagos, Nigeria consulate told them they will get back to them and the case was in administrative processing till December when it change to refused. An email was sent to my husband that there check shows that kids has no legal relationship with my husband, and that the files were returned to the uscis for revocation. Later my husband received another email for initial review without any NOIR. And after some days he received a mail stating case was approved and sent to NVC for processing. 

I dont know what to do

My children were refused visa at the consulate in july 2019 and on 7th jan 2020 I got another  approval notice from uscis that case was approved and was sent to uscis. What should I do
