Hey! This is a really helpful post to determine if you can submit your oversea DS-3025 or need to submit a I-693:
My husband's was marked complete and he had all his shots or a waiver in the right column for those he didn't get at the medical exam with Grillo. So we submitted only the 2-page DS-3025 as proof of vaccination record. Will keep this thread posted if we have any issues!
On another note, we got our physical NOA1s and SSN cards in the mail yesterday

Hey, everyone! One question: We have the PDF of the Acta, and I was wondering, should we print it to have it legalized, apostilled and translated? Or should we restart and get a physical copy instead? Thank you so much for all the help. This thread has been priceless throughout the whole VISA process.
