Its upto NvC only. Don't know why they harass the people. My dq is 22nd may. Anyhow u can call to the nvc to get any update. But as always they just give stupid excuse. Have to wait till next month. But dont worry like , if you get this moth on 23 feb. And the next u will by 1 to 2nd march. Dont worry. I know i am also waiting from 2 years and 2 days. So our painful journey will end soon. 

The guy from the spreadsheet of dq 23 may. Who claims that he got date of interview on 17th january 2021. Please don't play with our emotion's. This is fake update guys because the 17th january is on Sunday.

This states that , they are doing month by month scheduling . So hopefully before 15th nov. They will give appoinments to rest feb to till 20-30 march.  

Here is the attached letter we received for my wife IR1 visa. So Interview date, just walk in and submit the documents.

Did you expedite your case ?? Because when its show as ready , then its mean you going to get interview in next month. Your DQ is 8th april right ? Mine is 22nd may. Just doing calculation for mycase , cheers.

.If you see the data how this report is generated it dont make any sense. Can you please explain how this data is being received? . Now, coming to you  @mo93  I am positive but if someone shares information info which contradicts with my information I would like to clear my doubts to stay up to date.  I thought that was the purpose of this website. So no offense but I like to know real facts rather living in lala land. And really if I didnt had hopes that something going on regarding the cases I wouldn't be on this site.

When I spoke with NVC and embessy they said the same thing that @Amritdhanoa is stating. Thats why I have been asking again and again for clarification because its been stated on this site many times that representative on call at the embessy do not have knowledge of what is going on. Moreover I haven't noticed any non expedited citizens spouse interview being scheduled in my research on tweeter, facebook, other sites like visa journey. I believe who cares to put a comment on any site when there interview is scheduled as well. So this is really hurting and confusing when the hopes are broken. Thank you all

Please don't have any false hope. I have conversation with NVC they are only dealing with the critical cases of ir1 cr1 visa. Not for all normal ir1 cr1 visa. They are saying indian embassy not allowing to open the regular interviews but indian embassy saying nvc is not giving the interviews. Its a vice versa. So my NoA is on 10 jan. 2019 and Dq is on 22nd may 2020. When people say they are working on normal cases too then it makes a hope but when we know the actual thing it hurts. So please  share the knowlegde with some base. Its a humble request to all.
