Finally got my extension letter yesterday!

case is under review.
 
 

Biometrics was done ✅ today.

Then, status changed to:
”As of November 9, 2023, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence”

mine says the same since biometric on 11/3  

You have to file AR-11 within 10 days of moving to new address. This can be done online for free.
 
Your spouse (sponsor) should file I-865 within 30 days of moving to new address. This can only be done by mail, but there is no fee to pay.
 
You should do both now, despite of I-751 filing where you'd use the new address.
 
You have to keep updating address with AR-11 every time you move until you naturalize.
 
Your spouse has to keep updating address with I-865 until you reached 40 quarters of work (SSA) or become a US citizen.

Thursday,10/12, package sent via usps 
Friday,10/13, package delivered at P.O.Box
Monday, 10/16, case received by USCIS and case number received .

Package was sent out yesterday, 10/12. Our mail was delivered today at a P.O.Box (USCIS) at 5:28 pm. 
We are waiting on the next step.

We just got the 797 in the mail yesterday. 
Had submitted it 10/06
Payment posted & biometrics scheduled for very soon

Read that your got your Biometrics scheduled as well. Our 751 packet was delivered to Phoenix lock box on Oct 10 and check cashed on Oct 17. Strangely no text confirmation received.
Did you get you 797 notice yet? 
We are planning to travel out of country end of Dec, hoping to get 797 soon. Conditional GC expires on Dec 20.

Hmm. Not sure - i know actively reviewed is a generic update and doesn’t really mean much especially so soon after submission.
 
maybe they’ll skip biometrics or maybe we’ll get them scheduled soon. No idea, but here goes the ride 🥂

Dear VJ members,
Thank you to you all and to the VJ administrators,
Today is a memorable day for us. The Almighty God has blessed our couple again. We had our AOS interview today and everything went well in less than 15 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the app time and as usual, we passed thru the security check point/metal detector system. Then, checked in with the Appt letter, had a seat and wait to be called. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone opened the door and called my wife's 1st name. Warm welcome from  this friendly USCIS staff. 
got in the office and had a seat. ID checked and oath taken. The IO told me the interview is mostly for my wife. Went over some questions from the form I-485 with my wife for about 10 minutes. Then, turned to the computer, enter some info and said: " everything looks good. You will receive your green card in a few days. " We just said Thank you and That is all. We could Not believe. That is ALL!!!!!
This was the end of another step for this long journey towards citizenship.
 
PS: before, we got home today, the status changed to "My New Card Is Being Produced"
