I would like to know if there is any progress happening at Mumbai Consulate for the interview. If anyone has been to interview lately please let me know what DQ date is currently getting interviews at Mumbai consulate.

I just really need to be over with this process as its really hard to deal with mentally, emotionally and physically. No matter how I try to not think about it and go throw my day its always just there like a ghost in the night.

I think most Americans don't even know that removing conditions is even a thing. As long as the general public is so poorly informed about how immigration currently works, we are not likely to see any real change happen at the legal level when it comes to useful reform.

Good news!  I finally got a second I-797C - NOA letter in the mail over the weekend
 
My petition was transferred from the Nebraska Service Center to the Texas Service Center "in order to speed up processing." (according to the notice)

I-130 PD June 13, 2019, approval May 1, 2020.
Nebraska, LIN.

I just got an online response about my inquiry.  They are mailing me another notice.
 
While they didn't specifically say which service center my case was transferred to in the email, the response came from the Texas service center.
I wonder if it's safe to assume that the Texas Service Center now has my case...

We have not heard anything yet either. We are on the same timeline as you are roughly. From other June/Nebraska filers, it looks like we should hear back in the next week if others are any indication.  A couple of weeks ago we were 37, we are now 7 and I see that you are fourth in line. I think these are fairly helpful but we shall see!

OMG, this is exactly how I feel. I am living in Dallas and my husband is from Kerala, India. His visiting visa application was also rejected due to the same reason. I never thought it would take such a long time for this process. it was a package of  sleep deprivation, depression , tears, anger, frustration, hopelessness, insanity(almost)...I could go on and on. It had taken a toll on both of our mental health, our jobs. There were times I thought about quitting my job and move to India with him, but need the job and income for AOS. I thought 2019 would be the best year of my life being with the love of my life. But it has been just the opposite. Let's all hope 2020 will bring all the happiness to us and to everyone waiting like us.

Just received a text message that my I-130 case has transferred to another office!

Many of the Nebraska cases AFTER JUNE 15 were transferred to another office today (Feb 03 2020)

June 28th and still waiting, Texas Service Center.
 
I've been checking both the uscis case tracker and my.uscis.gov and status still says, "Case was received on xx/xx/xx."
 
Getting a bit antsy!
 

I must be one of the unlucky ones that has their I-130 petition at the Nebraska office.
 
Haven't heard a peep since they mailed my NOA1 with a June 5, 2019 received date 😥
 
Hoping for good news soon, but it's difficult to stay optimistic.
