Does anyone know how to obtain a police clearance record in Vietnam?

I clicked on the link provided by the US embassy & it does not work.

I figured it doesn't hurt to include more docs than you need to be on the safe side.

No I'm not relying on a sponsor.  I make 4x the required minimum. Over $50k.

Regarding my I-134 aff of support.

So I have my recent tax returns, IRS tax transcripts, & w-2.  Do I need a letter of verification of employment if I have recent pay stubs?

Also on the I-134 app I put I have x amount of money in my savings.  Do I need to include a bank statement to show proof?

I'm the petitioner for my fiance in Vietnam.

So one of the required document she needs to bring to the interview at the Vietnam US embassy is a "Household registration book".  

I've googled it & It doesn't really explain what that is.  I'm assuming it's something that has her family tree or something.

I wonder if this is required since it's just her applying for the K1 visa & she has no kids.

i don't understand what you're asking me to do?  I'm the US petitioner.  So I need an American flag?

I hope that's not the case with the Embassy in Vietnam.  So far everything has moved along quicker than I had estimated.

Well now the account is frozen for up to 72 hours.  They said due to suspicious activity.

Ok like someone's gonna try to hack in the account to set an appointment for us. 🙄

They really need to update on how they do scheduling. 

So now I'm trying to check when any open dates are available for the interview and now I get a message "You are approaching the maximum number of times you may view this page.  Please compete your transaction at this time". 

What does that mean & there's no where to click to continue.

Ok I'm so confused with how the scheduling works.  Why dont they just schedule it for the next available date

I'm trying to schedule an interview for my fiance & I have my receipt # for the MRV payment she made.  So when I try to schedule it keeps saying "there are currently no appointments available".

Why won't it let me schedule?

Also it has been 24 hrs since she made the payment.

So my fiance in Vietnam is considered a non-immigrant until we marry in the US?  Would it hurt if I filled out both forms just to be safe?

 "Hi, I am the petitioner/sponsor here in the US & just got an email stating the NVC has forwarded my case the the US embassy in Vietnam. Since my finance knows english but not as well as me. Can I just go on the NVC website & apply for the K1 Visa app on behalf of my fiance & pay all the fees? So all she would have to do is obtain required documents in Vietnam & prepare for the interview."
