Your visa is valid until the 22 of june because that date is 6 month after the medical exam. If you will travel in April you have nothing to worry about

The visa expiration date is tied to the medical but the embassy follows the recommendation from the medical facility who has the leeway to indicate what date they will use. Anytime you have additional testing it influences the expiration date. It has been that way for the 6 years I have been here answering questions, especially to those in the PI because of the rampant TB problems. Further information is contained in the following link.

    https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/interview/interview-prepare/medical-examination.html

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Medical examination results are valid for six months in normal circumstances. But if you have certain medical conditions your examination results could expire in as little as 3 months. In any case, you should not have your medical examination until the NVC notifies you of your interview appointment date. You may be denied entry to the United States if your medical examination results expire before your arrival.

Here is the P3 (which you have a copy, yours might be newer) with some other information to be aware of.

I would think that if the list says "a copy of" the birth certificat, but in the next line asks for "police certificate" without mentioning anything about a copy, that that means they want the original police certificate. But I know you have a lot more experience with this whole process so I stand corrected. I'm sorry if I complicated matters, definitely not my intention!

This is such a simple process that you are only adding layers when you tell someone from a different embassy that your embassy does it this way when each embassy has different processes. Emailing or calling the embassy is just tying up the phone lines when the information that is contained in the P3 for THEIR embassy only asks for one document to be original, the other copies are OK. I would think that an embassy would specify the documents that need to be originals, wouldn't you think that?

Why do when do will do. Trust the process.

@Remomora In Germany those are exactly the documants which they want originals of, so I would tend to think they are asking your for the originals where they are not specifying that they want copies. But if you want to be on the safe side why not email them and ask?

Where it says send original you send originals.  If it's not stated then copies.

If you can open it and make your changes then you will still have the same confirmation number. If you decide you want to change it and can't open it then you create a new DS-160 and destroy the old confirmation and bring the new confirmation to the interview. For your situation, I would bring the old and let the CO at the interview make the correction. It's done all the time without incidence.

If you need to up date the DS-160 you can reopen it and make changes or when you are at the embassy during the interview you can update based on your experience of getting all the vaccinations required. Keep in mind that it maybe more expensive to get them in the US after you arrive to satisfy the AOS requirements so, if possible get them while in your country.

You may want to spend more time in the sub-forum for Egypt located here to ask questions that are specific to your embassy. https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/

BC in English and Arabic - Where to get

You will need to go to Abbaseya in Cairo "this is the only place in Egypt to get the new BC" you will need your national ID and your mother's name in English like in her passport. It costs 150 EGP!  (prices subject to change)

Al-Abbaseya is a very famous building to get any civil documents you need. The easiest way to go there is to take the subway to Al-Abbaseya. Go to this building then count 3 or 4 buildings you will find an orange building, tell them that you need the translation section, go to the 3rd floor. All you need is the national ID and the mother's name exactly as in her passport. It costs 150 EGP and you will get it. It's one document in Arabic and English..

The same for the new marriage certificate, but for the marriage certificate they need the Arabic marriage certificate, your names in English and your mothers names in English.

If you want to notarize them from the foreign affairs you should go to the main building there to the officer to sign and stamp on the back then you can notarize them..

Can't help you if we don't know your timeline or embassy. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

    Thanks

Simple. Just present the one that is "GOOD" and destroy the one that isn't. CO doesn't know if you have one or one thousand DS's. They care only that the one you hand them at the interview is the one you intend to use. It's such a small thing why waste the time creating a new one.
