We did wife's I-751 ourselves....no RFEs.
 
 
 
 

Once you submit I-751, he may be scheduled for biometrics appointment where he'd get fingerprinted

Thursday, Nov 4th - Received email that our case was being Actively Reviewed.
Friday, November 5th (MY BIRTHDAY) - NOA2 - Approved
Monday, Nov 8th - received login to NVC & paid fees
Wed, Nov 10th - I submitted the I-864 (took 2 days to process payments and activate the link to submit docs)
Next...my husband is getting his UK police report in 1 week so he can submit the D260 - IV Application!
 
Processing times for NVC Creation is showing as 8 days, but ours was avaialble the next day. 
Processing times for the NVC review (after all fees & documents submitted) is showing 58 days!

My NOA2 was June 3rd.  My case was received by NVC July 7th and processed on July 10th.   I called early morning last week and waited about 15 min.  So the documented timeline is very accurate even with COVID delays.

Just called NVC using their Immigrant Visa line 603-334-0700 @ 8:00am est. (The non immigrant line 603-334-0888 goes straight to an automated message due to the suspension of routine visas)
 
NOA2: June 12th
NVC received my case: July 8th
 
No wait at all. I pressed the corresponding numbers with the operator and was directed to an agent immediately.
 
I was provided my Case # & Invoice #. The agent informed me my fiancé case will not be shipped until my embassy reopens. She  confirmed my current email address and said I will be notified when my case leaves for the embassy. Then she directed me to nvc.state.gov/k1 & said to follow the instructions there. 
 
Been to that website 100 times already lol but it doesn’t hurt to check for new information.

I’m hoping for the best but I don’t see the embassies or at least my embassy (Nigeria) reopening for k1’s anytime soon. Hopefully end of August/September. But I’m remaining hopeful and patient!

I got approved on Friday, June 19th. I'm super excited, now I'm just waiting for the case to be transferred. Please let me know of any steps while I wait for NVC transfer.

I was approved last week on day 180!  I understand what you're going through.  I'll pray it will be soon for you. 

Ready for the next step in this amazing journey. It hasn’t been easy but it will be well worth all the waiting we’ve done and the waiting to come.
