Anyone else having trouble with uploading documents to CEAC? It started about midnight CST last night for me?

Update: I received a response from the NVC inquiry team yesterday BUT IT DIDN’T ADDRESS THE ISSUE; so frustrating!

(Here is the email they sent. I redacted  the names and numbers.)

Hi Everyone,

Due to medical reasons, I requested my wife's I-130 be expedited by the USCIS. The USCIS granted the request and my wife's I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC. Do I need to request my wife's case be expedited again?

My wife and I are also having trouble logging in. My wife received her "Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation" on October 2nd, 2023. We are well past the 72 hours. I've tried calling the NVC however the number has been closed down. I sent an email requesting help however that may take several months for them to reply.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?
