So the longest she could have been here is 5 months, probably less.
 
Assuming she is not pregnant this seems a simple divorce, something that can be done remotely. What is there to discuss?

Just an FYI that traveler’s insurance do not cover permanent residents. They cover medical expenses for a traveler (i.e. visitor) which she would no longer be.

One big consideration would be the potential extreme high cost for health insurance for her. I linked a thread for informational purposes:

Honestly it could be days, weeks, months, years. You can ask for the passports to be returned while she is in administrative processing.
