The embassy will extend it for up to one year. Normally I would say the embassy does this automatically but there have been a variety of changes in 2019/2020 (so far) and extending the validity of the petition had a change.
In the link I gave you earlier, under the Scheduling Interview TAB near the bottom in the Tips & Notes section is info and an email for the petitioner to contact the embassy to extend the validity. I don't know how quickly you will get a response during this lock down.

Thank you . My fiance/petitioner already did .That was the email address he first sent our concern last Apr. 1 . They replied and asked him to send a scanned( in JPEG formate ink- signed request letter which he did last April 2 but didnt get a confirmation if they receive the request nor the latest status of the request .

Hi !
Our approved I-129F expires this May 9, 2020 😢 We weren't able to do the SLEC medical Exam as well as pay and schedule the interview 😢 due to the implemented ECQ in my province Cebu and in the entire Luzon .
Will they extend its validity ? or if I do have to call them about it what is the no. ,time and days should I call ? or if my fiancee calls about it from the US what is the no. time and days should he call ?
please help.

Hi! I'm from the Philippines. We are on our K1 visa process. I supposed to have my medical exam on March 24-25, 2020, and my interview on April 21, 2020. As of the moment, all land and air travel to Luzon Islands, where I should take my medical exam and interview are suspended until April 15, 2020 and may even be extended dependent upon the situation. Our I - 129f approved papers will expire on May 9, 2020 , as per the mail I received from U.S.EM Manila, Ph. Hopefully we will be able to schedule a medical and interview appointment before the expiration date; or our papers validity be extended automatically.
Keep safe everyone! Praying for all of us. We'll all get through this.

If you go beyond the month simply complete a new registration, print it out and bring it to SLEC. Your payment will still be good, keep the receipt safe.

Life is such a movie! We're almost and things are not going on our way. Anyway,
Good day!
It's been announced that flights in and out of metro manila are all suspended starting march 15 to april 14. I just registered for SLEC medical exam last march 10 and paid last march 11. It says the registration is valid for 1 month only, in case this suspension will go on for more than a month, what should we do with regards to the registration and the payment ive made? can we register again? is the payment still valid?
also, Is there any forum for this topic(medical to interview phase), specifically for PH , please give a link to it guys. thank you!

This is helpful!
Bydwy, the form 1040 that can be accessed through H&R block (The third party that helped my fiance file his tax return) is fine, right?

Good day! Not really sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but here I go cause I see Hank
is here and Greenbaum told me to try asking this from you. (Specific for PH USEM)
Will a form 1040 and W-2 (instead of a tax transcript) be enough for the Affidavit of Support? Or does it really need to be a Tax Transcript? (We encountered a problem in acquiring my fiance's tax transcript)
Thank you!

See what they say in the PI forum. When your in the forum ask this question of @Hank_ he'll most likely have the answer for what the "climate" is like at USEM for this type of question. If your interview is before this years tax deadline and you have not filed you can use 2018 TT. If after the tax deadline, they will be looking for current years taxes. Again, see Hank.
I'm sorry that you had problems with your tax consultant. In this day and age we just don't know what we are getting when we hire an "expert" who sometimes knows less then we do. I feel your pain.
Thank you! 💗
This is a lesson to learn for us - to just give time for things like this and do it ourselves.

I can't believe you are now asking about this question. You have had access to the needed P3 and all the help needed in the PI forum which I gave you awhile back. It would have only taken 2-3 weeks to have a TT mailed to you if you were not able to download a copy from on line IRS website.
Well, here is the good news; most times USEM does not ask for financials. Haven't on a regular basis for 3-4 years now. But they have asked some individuals. We recommend that you be prepared just the same.
Make an effort to get the TT. It can be emailed to the beneficiary from the petitioner and printed locally for the interview. If you feel "Las Vegas Lucky" you could just send the 1040 and W-2 and roll the dice whether this will be acceptable when asked. If it isn't, they will issue you a 221(g) and your case will be delayed until you return the required documents.
BTW, you really need to be in the Philippines sub-forum where items like this are being discussed. I wouldn't leave my future in the hands of people, who are wrestling with what to do for their embassy. Each embassy is different so different procedures that's my reasoning for recommending you go to the PI sub-forum. All the best.
Sorry if I sound like I didn't read what you've given but I did many times. What I want is just someone's experience and affirmation if they've been into something like this . (Just to calm myself down)
And bydwy, we did request it ahead.Ahead than the time I received what you've given me. It's just the agency who filed my fiance's tax last year didn't really work with it. My fiance paid and the agency didn't file it. If we haven't requested for the transcript we wouldn't even know about it. He also didn't receive any letter telling him it wasn't filed.
Again my apologies and thank you.

Does anyone have an idea here if form 1040 and w-2 be enough for the affidavit of support? or does it really need to be a transcript? will it lessen the chance of getting the visa approved if I only have these two (form 1040 and W-2) and not the tax transcript?
My anxiety really hitting the roof at this point . ughhhh

There's no problem submitting the return without the payment. I would expect that will result in a transcript, but I don't know how long that will take. Just use a copy of the return you submit then? Include the W2's for sure.
Thank you !
I'm starting to be anxious about the transcript. He filed yesterday. Some told me that he can still get a transcript even if he still owe some penalties and federal tax. But some said a transcript will only be processed if he pay everything in full amount .
Anyway, thank you and yeahp in case we won't get a transcript, I'll use a copy of the return and W-2's .

Hi guys need help!
If one files for tax return, and still owed some penalties and a federal tax , will one still be able to get a transcript even if he havent paid what he owed yet? Thank you.

When you print the form just state it in section Part 7 which is toward the back of the form and reference the question. From the original question state to see Part 7. States that you are a US citizen by way of parents and that your proof is a US Passport. That should do it.
thank you !

Hi guys !Our case is ready.
Right now we're working on our affidavit of support.
But we're a bit confused on the section "Citizenship/status/residency".
My U.S. petitioner was born in the Philippines and acquired his citizenship through his parents. So now, we need to check the box that states " I am a U.S. citizen through parent(s) or marriage . My certificate of citizenship no. is " the problem is we dont have his certificate of citizenship we only have his U.S. passport ? What can we possibly do?
Thank you!
