FIRST, thank you for sharing this experience; it will certainly help a lot of people

As to the phone bill, your wife can obtain them online, that's now standard in US phone companies.

More proof, would be the following

- A witness

- I can be more creative too, if you have your wife's name on your mirage ring.

- Any money transfer receipt.

Anything you can think of that may proof your mirage and continues relationship,

and I wish you and all of us a fast, good and smooth case.

- Ok good news my I-129F check has been cashed, and I can see the image online,

- But the number in the back of the check started with "MSC" or "HSC" then 10 digit numbers,

- The image wasn't that clear,

- Any clue where this 3 strange letters in the beginning? or have anyone got them?

Also I have some questions,

What is the snail mail that everybody is talking about here ? never hared of it

How you guys know if your case has been touched? and what's so important about that?

Also for who whoever wants to know if it is ok to send I-129F without having the NOA1 for the I-130, and how much evidence to send. (even though I may be late on this info. and most if not all of you already knows it)

I have sent the following evidence with my I-129F to prove that I have submitted I-130

1- Cover letter explaining why I am not sending the NOA1, (didn't get it, and the USCIS were late to send it to me, problem in their end)

2- Mail delivery confirmation from USPS

3- Check image front and back that was cashed, took that from online bank statement.

4- Printout of the status report from USCIS website, got the case number after calling the USCIS customer service, the number wasn't clear in my check image.

I read that instruction, and I was going to put the following evidence

- Phone call bills

- Wedding party pictures

But, I asked one of my friends here who have the same case and he applied for his wife in Sept. 2005 and his waif got here by Feb. 2006, and she even had her Green Card by Oct. or Nov. 2006, so in attempt to follow his foot steps, I asked him about the bonafide evidence required by the USCIS for I-130, he told me that he only sent the mirage certificate, and that they are going to ask my wife in the interview for some bonafide, and that his wife just showed them the wedding pictures.

But for what ever reason I feel that I should have sent the evidence, I haven't received any RFE though.

I think I will do the same thing as you are doing. I think it is kind of ridiculous to wait so long to get the NOA1 before submitting the 129F. Can you tell me what specific documents you will be sending. I am assuming you are sending the tracking letter, the status letter from USCIS & the print out of the check. Let me know if you are sending anything else.

raj0327, I will take G & A's advice (up in this string on page 15), so I will send the following items:

-Printout from USPS.com showing the package has been received by USCIS in Nebraska Center.

-Printout of my check back and front in one page

-Printout of my case status from USCIS.gov

I was also thinking to send a copy of my I-130 form and printout of my online bank statement, but G & A recommended not to, and it does make sense to me. It’s too much paper, I think I am paranoid about it

I hope/wish and pray to God for it to work ... ..it's being a long ride, a roller coaster kind of ride, I haven’t seen my wife for almost 2 years, just finished my citizenship process and now trying to finish this,

Thanks G&A ..I did update my Timeline.

A question to everybody. even though I was told by USCIS to wait for another 10 days, I feel not believing them, and I am thinking to start my I-129F for K3 process, and instead of sending NOA1 of my I-130, that I don't have, I will send the following as a prove that I have filed I-130.

- My mail confirmation printout from online, that it was received by Nebraska Center

- Printout of my online status, with my case number showing

- Printout of my online statement with the fee ($190) showing, I will try to get this from the bank on their officer paper.

- Printout of the check image (back, and front). some digit of the case number showing not all.. it wasn't a clear image

- Copy of my filed I-130.

That's all I have, now do all of you thing this is enough to start filing my I-129. or I have to wait for this hard birth NOA1.

And my second question is, over the phone with USCIS when I was given the case number it start with WAC, so I thought it was Washington, but I was told no this is Cali Center number, because my case went there for further process! I am not getting this, what's wrong with Nebraska Center?!

Now I have thought to apply for my Dad, (my brother is applying for my mother), would that be possible? and if yes, is it going to slow my wife’s visa process?
