It's a nutrient dense whole food diet with mostly tasty foods. Can't really go wrong with that.

My approach is also to go with nutrient dense whole foods that taste good, but not with something like the Mediterranean diet or whatever else someone came up with. I go with something specific for myself. I design it around my own likes and dislikes. If I like eggs, I eat eggs. If I don't like olives, don't force myself to eat them. Whatever you eat, it's ultimately not sustainable if you don't like eating it. When it comes to "junk food", if something is nutritionally worthless (like donuts), I avoid them to the extent of not even having them in the house. Knowing myself, if junk food is there, it's relatively certain I will eat it at some point. I make the decision when I buy food not to have anything around that I know I shouldn't have. It's worked pretty good for me. It really annoys the kids though.

Is this some sort of Noam Chomsky linguistic riddle or is the question just straight forward? I sense an agenda here.

If I state that the dad is bad, it would infer that the poster takes on the role of dad (unpack that) and I would affirm the badness if the poster and that would be a personal attack on a member who also happens to be a mod.

If I state the Pun is bad I imply that the disease of bad punnery is the fault of the words and not the poster.

Let me get back to you.

I am a big fan of the Mexican diet which consists of large amounts tacos, refried beans, and Tequila. I don't tend to lose any weight from it unfortunately but I do have some dang good times

There is a fair amount of research on the topic. Here is a summary:

    https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/food-science/polyphenol

I don't have the skills to say which study is conclusive enough to start or stop any behavior.

Like anything else, unless there is a pot of gold at the end of the medical patent rainbow, you won't see serious research.

I have a friend who sells Shaklee and swears by Vivix. It does have some research around it.  It has 100x times the compounds you would find in a glass of wine.

Can't you see my smile under my scarf? It's cold in Montreal these days...

More seriously, I tend to wear very light scarves, often raw silk, must not be much different than a bandana in thickness.  I tend to suffocate under heavy wool ones (just want to prevent the cold wind from pinching, but not keep me from breathing fresh air).
Who knows why this woman was wearing hers / medias manipulate in all kind of ways, I'm not comfortable making a guess without knowing more.

The Welsh actor and writer played a variety of characters in the iconic comedy group's Flying Circus TV series, and directed several of their films.
He died on Tuesday, four years after contracting a rare form of dementia known as FTD.
David Walliams and Simon Pegg were among other comedians who remembered him.
Fellow Python star Sir Michael Palin described Jones as "one of the funniest writer-performers of his generation".

In a tweet, John Cleese said he was "a man of so many talents and such endless enthusiasm".
Eric Idle, another member of the highly influential comedy troupe, recalled the "many laughs [and] moments of total hilarity" they shared.
"It's too sad if you knew him, but if you didn't you will always smile at the many wonderfully funny moments he gave us," he went on.

Please don't tell me whether or not the question I asked (and I do think you are referring to mine) is serious or not. You also did not answer it, you put up a lot of guesswork. It's like the internet version of one of these, but with memes and embedded tweets and walls of textual conjecture:

If the man was truly libertarian, he would get his act together and start his own newspaper and not whine about the loss of opportunities.

Ayn Rand would be so dissapointed.
