Hi I have filed I-130 for my wife and it’s been 2.5 months and I’m US citizen and she is living in india.

Can I expedite my husbands case for safety reasons? His country is not safe right now and they’re protesting (political reasons ) violently ,especially near his area ?  It’s dangerous for him to even step out of his house and go to the market . Could I request an expedite for this reason ? 

My husband is from the UK and will need to have a medical exam done there before his interview (which won't happen for a long time since we just sent our petition to the USCIS last month. Does anyone know what the medical exam entails?
