We passed the interview and visa was approved! I ll get passport back hopefully by the end of the week and fly as soon as i get it. End of 15 months of hopes, tears, pain, frustration ...

Yes, we sent our expedite for the interview after DQ. We sent Nov 25 got approved yesterday. Good luck!

Call and request to speak to a supervisor to look at your documents and get DQ'd.

We had a lawyer in the beginning of the process. Were not happy with him at all so when we got approved I-130 we did rest of the process at NVC by ourselves without any problems. Waiting for an interview letter at this point, good luck and don't be afraid to finish it yourself.

Well, this broke my heart a little bit...adds a day to us all. 
I pray the weather gets better though. 

DQ Nov 4th, our embassy is not backlogged at all. Don't know what is going on there, why we did not get IL 🤷‍♀️

my father applied for i130 f4 from my uncle around year 2001 that got approved years ago and we lost the approval notice so we filled a i824 and it got accepted now we are at NVC stage after we paid NVC fee a month later our interview got scheduled without us sending documents to the NVC, i don't see upload documents at all on the CEAC site, All we did was fill out ds260. is this normal? Also when i track the case on CEAC it shows as "Ready"

We submitted all forms and documents, paid fees at NVC on Oct 2nd (CR1 visa). On Oct 8th got an email that we have change on our ceac account. Logged in all documents accepted, fees paid and DS-260 submitted but till today no DQ email. So we called NVC yesterday, officer told as that we are in administrative process😩He can't tell us how long does it take. Anybody with same experience, how long did it take? Thank you a lot

However, this IL is for CR2 beneficiary, my stepson. As to CR1 my husband, we are still waiting for his IL. He was DQ’d on 10/01, it’s been more than 6 weeks of waiting. Both cases are linked. 

Got DQ yesterday! 10/31/2019 I was shocked because I sent my documents only two days ago on 10/29/2019. Just waiting for interview letter now!

We were in administrative processing before an interview, all docs are accepted but we are waiting for DQ email for one month. We are not in AP anymore but officer had to send our case to a supervisor to give us DQ. So, we don't know how long supervisor review could take?

Anyone here after documents accepted, paid fees and ds-260 submitted at the NVC is in administrative process? We called NVC because we didn't get DQ email they said that we are in AP😯Anyone with same experience? CR1 visa
