    Have you heard any updates from the NVC?  I'm still waiting on them 7 months later to receive my petition

      Hi James7370,

       

      I did hear from NVCResearch, but nothing really worth sharing. They confirmed that they checked with USCIS and my case was approved & sent to the NVC, but they haven't received the case..... and they're sorry. Basically the same stuff I have been hearing. I don't even bother with the idea of "escalating" because I am pretty sure there's nothing we could do to make the process go faster.

       

      I have tried everything I could, and I realized all we could do at this point is basically wait and pray.

      it doesn't even bother me anymore. hahaha I'm hoping by the fall of 2020, the case is closed...
