True, but I would expect people to help me if they know my life is in danger. The fact that OP mentioned about they haven't seen or even her fam haven't heard anything from her that is worrying.
I understand you don't want to involved in people dramas but once it's involved violent or maybe someone's matter of death or life, I hope your motto of "keep my nose out " doesn't apply

Please call the non-emergency line of her local police department and ask them to do a wellness check. You don’t have to reveal any details: the fact that her friends and family have not heard from her is enough for the police to do a check.

It would actually be pretty easy to continue studies in the US on the F-1, get married in the US in August as intended, but then her husband files an I-130 petition, they stay together in the US where she will be a student on legal F-1 status, living as a married couple, the I-130 eventually gets approved, then NVC, consular interview abroad is scheduled, then she returns for the medical and interview, once she gets her CR-1 visa, she re-enters the US as an LPR. It would be advantageous to do it this way since there would be no long AOS process, waiting for EAD/AP, she could come and go on the F-1 while waiting for consular processing abroad, and finally enter as an immigrant with the CR-1. Plus, it is legal and proper. So no need to pick studies over partner. They might be apart for a few weeks max.

Stay out of this. You have no proof. Let USCIS deal with if they apply for AOS.

I feel for people who will have issues because of this. I specifically chose to study in America on an F1 to be with my boyfriend (now husband). If I had to leave the country I would have lost thousands of dollars for a degree I could have gotten for free in my home country. I'm sure this is the case for many people, since it's just about the only option for people in relationships who aren't ready to get married. A very unfortunate situation, as it is for anyone dealing with immigration stuff in this mess.

I suggest you show more respect to the country your future wife is from. That "third world country" has shown a much better response to the pandemic than your home country as you can clearly see.

It's hard for people to feel bad about your access to delicious Vietnamese food. So much of it is gluten free and all the delicious fruit in the supermarkets is gluten free, too. Organic food is a marketing scam btw, but if you like to spend way too much money on it, that's your choice. I get missing home and your home food, homesickness and culture shock are real and that's what your fiancée is going to be dealing with, too, some be prepared for her to hate where you will be. But try to appreciate what you have right now, including the fact that you are not in lockdown unlike most of the US.

It sucks that it takes so long long to get the visa, but that's what it is. No one enjoys dealing with red tape and the pandemic has made it worse. But the employees are not low IQ and lazy, their leadership sure is but the regular employees are just doing their best.

Is it possible that you’re part of the problem moreso than part of the solution?

Immigration is not an entitlement for a spouse, let alone someone who you aren’t even married to.. nor is it something that progresses quickly and that’s without taking into consideration pandemics, embassy closures, flight bans, flight restrictions, quarantines etc etc.. and just because the numbers there are low, dosent necessarily mean the infection rate is low, chances are minimal testing is being done and they still have no clue how many of the population their are truely infected..

you should think yourself lucky that you’re with your loved one.. you’ve barely started the whole immigration process, what’s it been? 6 months? Geez many of us are 2 years into it and are still seperated from our husbands, wives and children..

if youre not happy in that country, you as a US Citezen have the option to return home, you don’t want to? That’s your choice, live with it.. you can’t eat noodles or rice? try fish, seafood and vegetables all of which are plentyful there.. you don’t want to? Again your choice, live with it..

learn to be patient, or you’re going to be in a world of hurt when it comes time to apply for AOS, EAD and ROC

DQ at NVC means "Documentarily Qualified". It means they have received and accepted all required documents and you are ready to proceed to the interview stage.

I assume you have only uploaded, not submitted. After you upload all the documents you want to send to NVC you have to click a button that says "submit" or something. You should find it on the page that your first picture is from. Make sure only to submit after all documents have been uploaded
