Hello! I just checked my previous emails, we requested it on Sept 15 and the CENOMAR got dispatched by FEDEX on Sept 17. It was pretty quick.  I believe I opted for the expedited service too. If you can do that, the better! Hope this helps.

They need just the account number to be able to charge the service. You dont have to give your password. Just the number if that’s your worry. Make sure the FEDEX account is named after the applicant.

Sorry. Just wanted to clarify it. I did send it thru fedex but I applied online thru the psa service Link that the US Embassy in Singapore sent. It has to come from the department itself. Then I made an account with fedex and gave it to them so they dan send it. Hope this helps.

for my case, im under E3, all my dependents are coming with me. My son just turned 21 this week so during pur interview yesterday, officer ask us to obtain CENOMAR WHICH WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM PSA TO US EMBASSY SINGAPORE.  I also put his name and adress is the embassy adress. I am just wondering if embassy acknowledged it? 

Hi! Yes. It did. They will receive it. We had no problems doing it. Did you do the expedited process with fedex or just the normal? 

Good day! Has anyone here had the same situation as ours? My husband is under the F2a category and will be interviewed on Oct 1,2019 in the US Embassy Singapore. Yesterday, the embassy asked us to submit CENOMAR but it should be sent directly to the embassy by the PSA/NSO from the Philippines. I applied for the CENOMAR online and used the FEDEX courier service for it to be faster. However, I am wondering if It is right that I put my husband’s name for the requestor’s name then the US Embassy Singapore’s address for the delivery address. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? Please help! I read that the requestor’s name should be the same as the FEDEX account holder’s name which is why I did that.
