Did you get your receipt number yet? Today is the 31st day since your package delivered right? I used USPS still not received receipt number yet.

Today is the 31st day since my package delivered. Still no receipt notice and check not cashed yet. Called USCIS and they said my case is not on the system yet. Recommended me to send an email to lockbox support instead.

I’m in the same situation as you. My application delivered on 12/10/19. Still have not received NOA1 yet.
