AOS mailed (UPS) 6/5
AOS delivered 6/10
called, received rec # 7/27 (# assigned 7/22)
 
Case status is now saying 'finger print fee received'.
 
Thanks for the support all. one thing i can say - this process is a test of faith and patience.  I feel so much better now. I guess biometrics is next, if no RFE.

Sorry that you are experiencing this too but glad  that i am not alone. This extended wait is so frustrating. 😠

I have a question - my K1 and K2 visa have now expired (since June 4th) my AOS package was delivered to the lockbox on June 10th, to date no NOA nor has the money orders been cashed it has been 34 days. i have spoken to two USCIS agent and one tier 2 agent they all said the same thing for me to email the lockbox, which i did on friday July 10th (a response can take 30-60days). i have a UPS receipt that shows the package was deliverd on June 10th to 'Justin' in the mail room thats all the evidence i have. I am out of status ( K! visa being expired) the question is 'How do i move forward? 😢😢

Thanks, I had the email so I wrote to them today. I also spoke to an agent who suggested that I speak to a tier 2 agent. It was already past 12pm (they cut off at that time) today so I will try again on Monday. I pray for sanity until Monday.

so I have noticed but trying not to worry about it. I will try to contact USCIS when 30 days past. If I try to do it now they still going to tell me to wait 30 days anyway.

Hi, mine was delivered on June 10th to date nothing. Emma did put me on to an online rep who says it takes you to 15 days to 'actually' receive the receipt notice and receipt #. He/She says its only been 14 days and if i don't receive it by EOD tmrw then i should contact them on friday. I am praying for the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi, because the others do but not only that my printer was acting up and messed with my margins so thought is was the printer at 1st. Turns out it doesn't have one also the I765.

called NVC at 5:35pm, waited 6 mins and got my case # ☺️ so happy right now! the lady i spoke with asked for my email address and told me my case was assigned today  and that they are presently working on it.
 
I hope others will hear good news this week also.

Thank you. that is a sure task. i94 not up-to-date showing me last visit to be August when i visited 3 times after that and the last being December. Also my old passport dates are very blurry now, so i will go ahead and estimate the dates.

Yes and no on the extension of the validity of the NOA2. The embassy is the one that will extend it but it only does so with a valid reason. I don't believe they would consider work a valid reason. It's kinda like thinking what is more imporatant a job you will never return to or a future husband that you both have jumped through hoops to get a visa so that you can marry. Just expressing an opinion.
