Heyyyy I just wanna come here and let you guys know that I got my update >>>> New Card is Being Produced. 
 
This tuesday I called USCIS number and said infopass appointment so I can talk to someone. 
I told her my case is out of processing time and if she can file service inquiry for me because online tool doesn't let me do it. (I firmly believe their service inquiry gets the job doneif it is done through a representative, online tool inquiry never did it for me)
She said yes and she sent the service inquiry, she told me this sends an email to the officer or supervisor at that location to let them know this case is out of processing time. 
 
2 days later, I got my update!!! I am not sure if this helped my case but I just wanted you guys to know just in case if you need to do something. 
This is such a relief, after 2 years of abusive relationship, them threatening me with my immigration status anytime they can't slave me around. 
I was pretty sure they reported me, falsely accusing me. I was so anxious because I never felt safe. 
 
Now I feel super relieved. Thanks for everybody being super supportive from the beginning of my immigration journey. Starting from K-1 to AOS to removal of conditions. and another 1 and a half year I will be able to apply for naturalization. 
 
I wish everybody quick approvals.

It's probably not a mistake; it probably got moved back to prevent people from doing processing inquiries as now all the cases they have there are within processing times.
 
Doesn't mean it will actually take 10+ years to process, but it prevents them from getting inundated with more inquiries when they clearly can't keep up.

Well they are not really looking at your case. It is just collecting dust. Same situation here. They either will RFE with something they lost or want, approve, or Interview. Not much to do

My I751 case was finally approved today 🎇😄! Received date is October 28, 2019.
Status was changed to New Card Is Being Produced after having Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It for a month.
Did not file for citizenship.

I just came across the USCIS applications statistics for Q2 (Dec - March). In Q2, USCIS received 53,009 cases, approved 48,903 cases, and denied 1,698 Cases.
 
YTD, USCIS approved 80,632 cases, and denied 3,068 cases for total 83,700 cases reviewed. Currently there are ~205,000 cases pending, per usual. 
 
YTD Approval Rate,   96.3%
Q2 Approval Rate, 96.6%
 
Last year Approval Rate was ~ 95%

When I applied in 2019, It was between 12-16 months, maybe 14-16 range to be specific. Recently it been just going up and down between 17-24 months, which is crazy.

My case just updated to New card is being produced. My receipt is YSC2090039***, Oct 31st 2019.

Also, this is about 3 years old, and a lot of changes has happened since them including COVID and a new DHS leadership. In general, as you said, USCIS is making up stuff as they go. There is no clear criteria or system. Everything is subjective from officer to officer, and director to director, and office to office.

Stamp should be for 12 months, and some officers retain the card, some don’t. 
 

I just got my I-551 stamp last Monday, they did take my CGC and they gave me a 10 month extension. 

Hello, I have an info-pass appointment coming up since my extension letter is expiring, and I was wondering if the officer is going to take the CGC? Also, is going to be 6mo, or a year (No pending N400)?

OPT is pointless to file, that being said, I just noticed they upped the time from 19.5-20.5 like few days ago to 19.5 - 21.5 today, which is honestly crazy. It is like they just up it whenever they are running behind to a reasonable date so no one file out of processing.

Mid October 2019 approved with no interview 

Case received 9/18/19.  Had absolutely no movement since then.  Last week on 5/6 I got text and email saying new card ordered, on 5/7 text and email saying form I-751 was approved, and 5/10 card was mailed.  As a side note, I filed for N-400 September of last year and still have no updates on that

YSC 1990447XXX.  8/28/19 sent I751, received 9/4/2019.  On line status said case received for the next 17 months. And then the 10 Green Card showed up in the mail.  The long wait is over.  It will be your turn soon!

Good News

After getting worried that other cases in the same batch as mine with the same filing dates were getting approved from about 3 weeks ago, even some batches after mine got approved last week but my case status remained the same until yesterday when I received the 'Card in Production' email. I received another update today saying 'Case Approved'.
Almost 20 months of waiting
 
No RFE
