need a lawyer or service to assist .. you still have to gather all the documents and provide all the information.. lots of very wise experienced vj members ready to answer questions you might have if you decide to do it yourself

if so, there are lists online of translators just google translators near me and pick one who is certified

Go up to the guides section in the blue bar and follow the instructions for a spousal visa. It is currently running 12 to 14 months or more depending on which consulate.

Another thing to consider is if she is leaving with your child, make sure she has a notarized letter with your permission to take your child out of the United States. Last thing you want is for her to catch a Kidnapping charge or something for leaving without your permission to have your and hers child with her.
