I am on J1 visa (I am visiting scholar from India) and want to apply for waiver. I have completed stage I and stage II (all 3 no objections from respective departments in India) with Chicago consulate office. Recently I have moved to Washington DC jurisdiction location and wanted to complete stage III. For this which consulate office I should ask for my stage II documents? as originally those were sent to chicago consulate office. Please suggest me how to complete stage III?
