i751 receipt notice is not needed to file an n400.
Go to https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 to find the instructions on filing the n400.
Follow the instructions carefully, I would recommend filing an online application.

No, you do not need to send in a copy of the extension letter with the N400.
Good Luck!

May531 reacted to aaron2020 in Approved IR2 Visa for my daughter
If your mother can qualify for a visitor visa, she can take your child to the US. She will need to qualify based solely on her situation. The need to take your daughter to the US is not a reason to issue a visitor visa to your mom.

May531 reacted to geowrian in Approved IR2 Visa for my daughter
She can apply and find out. If issued the visa, she can use it for that purpose while visiting.
Getting the visa is the hard part...they don't care why she wants to come, just that she has a good reason to leave.

Our interview is in SJ office on Feb 14 at 715am. We were there by 630am and they let us in at 7am. It’s pretty fast maybe because we’re early. We were called at exactly 715am. We were just asked about our future plans and the Y/N questions in the AOS. Asked for my birth certificate original, bank joint account and rental lease agreement. The interview just took 20mins. The officer said we just have to wait 1-2 weeks. But after 5 days the status changed to New Card is being produced. My green card is expected to arrive tomorrow.

Interview at philadelphia office.
We were 5 minutes late for interview(Tip- keep plenty of leeway for parking and driving and long security line).
check in at front desk, Finger print on first floor than wait at door 2 second floor. We were called in as soon as we sat down. Officer was really good. Chitchat mostly. Ask about our kid while walking down aisle to interview room.
question- Verify entire I 130 with husband( bios yes no questions)and I 485 bios with me and yes no questions
hows wedding ceremony?
wedding date?
where we met?
honeymoon where, how many days?
any proof of relationships? (He was more interested in pictures than document, he kept all documents and pictures.)
future plans? With work and life together? We told them about our upcoming promotions and buying house in a year or two.
approved on the spot.
case updated after one hour- new card being produced and next day approved?
waiting for card in mail.
good luck to everyone. Just be honest, if you get few dates wrong they understand.

My interview was done on 1/29/20. It went on for quite a while longer than we expected - roughly 35 minutes - as the officer showed a great interest in learning about us - our relationship, our infant child and our jobs etc. She was wonderful and thoroughly professional person. We didn't get approved on the spot, and we were a bit dejected, thinking that we might get an RFE or something. Spent an entire day nervously, as the status that evening changed to "interview completed, and the case must be reviewed." Fortunately, 24 hours later, the status changed to "approved' for both I-485 and I-130. The entire process - from submission of the application to the approval - took a total 4 months and 14 days. Waiting now for the [2-year conditional] green card to arrive.
My best wishes to each of you waiting for the process to end successfully.

Case updated today to Interview Was Scheduled! 😮 EAD and AP combo card will be arriving Monday. I wasn't expecting to hear back from them so soon, since we filed in September 2019. I'm interested to see if the interview will be in the San Francisco office or whether they'll send it to Sacramento or San Jose office.

You should have a copy of what you submitted. In fact a copy of the entire AOS submission. Yes, I would take it to the interview in case they ask for it. Better safe than sorry.
