You do not need to re-establish domicile before filing the petitions. You do need to re-establish it before the interview.

Submitted mine in mid-September 2018 and is still waiting for NOA 2.
I've been following the "Case Processing Times" and it back tracks at least 3 times. Last week was processing June application and this morning...it's end of May. #######?!?! Did they somehow found some May application at the corner of the room?!?

Hi all,
I submitted application (I-130) on September 2018 and there's only 1 update. It's been 10 months and the Nebraska keeps postponing its processing date. They were processing July application 2-3 months again and now they are now only processing end of May 2018.
Any user is having the same issue?
