Go to any internet coffee or computer center of you don't know where to find one go to any  public university district , there will be many printing and photocopying shops . Some of those shops have internet with computer.  They will help you print it .

The embassy will contact you to schedule the interview.  KSA does the same.

Ultimately, what you MUST follow, are the rules and instructions from the office/department you're dealing with. 
 

To get an interview -whether you schedule it yourself or not-, the file MUST be at the embassy. They will let you know when that happens.
One of the advantages of expediting a spousal visa is that, generally, you get the chance to schedule the interview yourself, but that could be different in your specific embassy. As you were correctly advised, check on your regional forum. Look for members from your same country and look who went through the same process as you recently. 
 
 

There's only one case per petition. The same petition cannot exist in 2 categories at the same time.
 
NVC will notify you of the appointment once it is scheduled. Unfortunately, this can take a while with some consulates/embassies. But it won't take longer at this stage due to the category of the petition.

It won't impact the timeline now. Upgrading the petition only matters in I-130 adjudication timelines + when the PD becomes current.  Since your I-130 was already approved and PD was current, it no longer has any difference in the timeline. The wait for an appointment is just what it is.
