If the AP card has expired when she attempts to check in for her flight, she will not be boarded.

OTOH, if she can get to a CBP check point, she will be allowed into the USA (“paroled in”).

Yes, old card will suffice if she comes back before the listed expiration date.

Just make sure your fiancé has both affidavits and all evidence to go with them, they shouldn't give you a hard time no stress 😊

I can also assure it's biometrics letter.

It's probably biometrics. Too early to get an RFE probably.

Biometrics appointment letter, probably. You don't get a notification for that.

Sounds like it went through manual verification. What does the SAVE CaseCheck show? https://www.uscis.gov/save/casecheck
If there are at least 14 days of legal status remaining, you can still apply. That said, getting one in the married name can be difficult...the maiden name may be simpler.

Every visa goes into administrative processing,  no way to avoid.

Every application, every single one, goes through administrative processing post-interview. It’s a “catch all” term for all the stuff that takes place after the interview (preparing the visa, running final checks, printing the visa, etc). Sometimes it last a few hours. Sometimes a day or two. Sometimes weeks, months or years. It takes as long as it takes. They told you they would email when it’s ready. Just wait for the email. You’ll drive yourself crazy if you keep refreshing CEAC.

The medical center that conducts the USCIS exams for beneficiaries vary from one country to the next, but she should be able to get any outstanding shots at her medical. If they insist that her records are not complete, I would suggest taking them up on this offer and just paying for it there. It will save you a lot of time and money when she gets here.

    Your options are:
    1. Get the tetanus someone before the medical exam on Tuesday and take that proof with you.
    2. Obtain the tetanus shot at the medical. Bring extra cash to pay for the shot - which is usually more expensive than if you went to a local doctor.
    3. Obtain it in the USA before you do the AOS. This is probably the most costly way as you will need to pay for an official medical to be signed off on again once the tetanus is complete.

Just to clarify: There are panel physicians who do the medical for visa applicants, and civil surgeons who conduct medical examinations for AOS.
USCIS has no role for panel physicians.

If you don’t have the required vaccines, you will get them in your medical visit (that’s what happened to me).
    in the instructions from
the embassy, there was even the prices for every single vaccine, you could compare them with some other vaccination center and then decide, but if is just tetanus usually is the cheapest.
Honestly I would just bring medical records/vaccinations history and see what Shots they will tell you need.

Co sponsor acceptance policy at any consulate other than your interviewing consulate is meaningless,  so a Europe in general answer doesn't help you.  I will add that the number of consulates that accept co sponsors is much larger than those that don't
