did she have the chest xray?
Only the clinic can answer your query about why the exam was not completed
I would contact the clinic as you paid for a complete exam/  make them finish the work that was started
it shouldn't a new exam but a continued process for one started

    Are u muslim ?
According to the traditional interpretation of Islamic law (sharīʿa), a Muslim man is allowed to marry a Christian or Jewish woman but this ruling does not apply to women who belong to other Non-Muslim religious groups, whereas a Muslim woman is not allowed to marry a Non-Muslim man of any Non-Muslim religious group.

and no, u will be considered married under the laws of Islam ,  her family and the country
    and IMAM will register it

To petition for your parents (mother or father) to live in the United States as Green Card holders, you must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old. Green Card holders (permanent residents) may not petition to bring parents to live permanently in the United States.

Technically speeding violations are not criminal (it all depends on circumstances..  like being chased by the police and etc... ) but whatever is in the person's background will show up.. no matter how old it is.
The person you said is USC..I would tell her, she could call her county clerk's office and ask for a certificate of deposition..

Operative words in the question is ARRESTED  or CONVICTED

Most traffic violations are nor arrests unless they are accompanied by something serious like an accident and person is charged with a more serious crime like a DUI,

What is the ds160 question for arrest?    Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though you are subject to a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action? This includes all arrests or detentions, including those at the border and by Customs and Border Patrol.

At USCIS stage it is up to USC to give evidence and prove the relationship
the RFE would have been sent to USC via email
Per other post USCIS wanted to see things like boarding passes,  photos to show her trip / she would have  had these
you are the bene and at this point its up to USC to show the marriage and reltaionship are bona fida
You could have emailed items to her  as copies are ok at the USCIS part
Instructions for I 130 are clear

Evidence. At the time of filing, you must submit all evidence and supporting documentation listed in the General Requirements section of these Instructions. USCIS may issue a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) or a Denial Notice for petitions filed without the required supporting evidence.

    https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf

She should have had the proof needed and sent from her US address and it would have been received on time

I did not move to the US for a green card. It was very important for me to be able to work and drive around my city as soon as I could. I was not able to drive for 1 month for various reasons and I was very frustrated.
This member is from Canada and was thinking of moving back to Canada because they found the waiting for EAD and GC so stressful.
Love and being together is not the only solution to some problems. Sometimes you have to be more pragmatic especially when immigration is involved.

My questions and answers to you were based on things I’ve seen here on VJ and in other situations.
Hopefully I am wrong and your interview will go well, and you will be able to move to the US and have your beautiful wedding in August- but be aware many people have a small court wedding when they arrive on K1 and then a bigger wedding 1-2 years later (the thing you want to avoid). This is more common than you think.

    Good luck!

If you can return to the forum to tell us about the interview we would really love it. This can help others in the same situation as you know what to expect.

I see no difference at all since in order to file a fiance visa, you have already committed to the marriage.  The processing times for a fiance visa and a spousal visa are about the same.

Child bearing age is age prior to menopause (when we can have children)  and is important to culture in Islamic countries such as yours and mine
Mother approval also important for muslim countries and will be noted by CO thru photos shown by the petition
spending time with each other to understand is very important / culture,  foods,  music,  family ,  friends all play into a relationship/if she only had a 2 week/ 10 day trip two meet u ,  and no later meetings,  expect  CO  issues /  some of us do 3  months together and i did 5 trips totally 7 months.   CO will abide by countries norms.   Short time together does not ,,  repeat not,  allow the 2 of u to know life style of the other.   u know nothing about life in the US ;  nothing about getting SS #,  state DL,   health care insurance,   not being able to work for months and months and homesicknes /   not meaning to sound harsh but these are things CO will note

I spent 1 month in Hammamet ,  Tunisia and women told me what is important and to them approving daughter in law and having grandchildren topped the list

i also asked and got no anwer

you are CPR (conditional permanent resident) and will need to file to remove conditions so reading what immigration considers important is a must

Documentation showing joint ownership of property;[7]  Lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence;[8]  Documentation showing commingling of financial resources;[9]
The CPR must also provide the following information on the petition:
The actual residence(s) of the CPR and the petitioning spouse or stepparent from the time that the CPR obtained status;[13] and  The CPR and the petitioning spouse or stepparent’s places and names of employers from the date that the CPR obtained status.[14] In some circumstances, when the CPR is unable to file jointly with the petitioning spouse or stepparent, the CPR may be able to file an individual filing request or request a waiver of the joint filing requirement.

i didn't change mine and filed all paperwork with my name different than his /its ok not to change name and if she changes her mind later, it can be done when applying for naturalization.

To me it was important to keep my former name as my grandchildren used that name and it was easier for the school personal for all of us to have same last name for me to pick them up at school if need be.

Women don't have to change their name and BTW some men do
