did she send a payment (odd amount) to USCIS thru credit card and then cancel it? can't do that USCIS likes the money But $978 is a strange amount for a fee if it is a dental fee, she needs to pay before leaving she should know if she had something done at dentist office but that would be paid to dentist or collection agency

you are overthinking this 1. marriage certificate 2. photos of marriage and time spent together (those before marriage are fine) 3. boarding passes 4. his temporary residency proof 5. tickets traveling together is a bonus and other documents USCIS says on the site unless u have red flags the other proofs are beyond what is needed at this stage

JeanneAdil replied to Veggie3's topic in Working & Traveling During US Immigration
CBP officer didn't look at my passport back in 2020 when we came home from Paris (Atlanta airport) He called me by name and said "don't need that -we checked it when u got on the plane and i have your photo" I asked "will they do away with passports?" he said "No, we need those security checks" He mentioned some airlines are experimenting with "copy and paste" photo to image of airline seating # for the flight -

JeanneAdil replied to Hamina's topic in IMBRA Special Topics
sorry, u marked the I 129 that u had a restraining order FRO is a final restraining order as marked with x on top of first page of order along with all u have to do (or not allowed to do) u need to pay a court fee (fine) go to classes for battering another person have your fingerprints taken What are the consequences of a fro in New Jersey? But restraining orders can also have severe consequences for the defendant. If a court orders a final restraining order (FRO), the defendant will be fined $500, fingerprinted, photographed, and placed in a domestic violence registry. u need to comply with this order and show compliance like the classes attended- 13 replies

JeanneAdil replied to Hamina's topic in IMBRA Special Topics
This is a FRO (in force till judge removes it) in NJ its different and more seriious than a TRO (temporary order) you need to attend batterers' classes /have u started them? did they mention the classes will cost u ? u need a police excort to retrieve personal belongings u need to pay a fee/have u done that? and had fingerprints taken? u r on probation your offense must have been considered serious for a FRO to be issued domestic violence is considered serious offense for immigration i would say good immigration lawyer is needed- 13 replies

Administrative processing is carried out by the Visa Office of the U.S. Department of State with the cooperation of other government agencies to ensure that a visa applicant is not a security risk and the he/she is not ineligible for the requested visa or otherwise inadmissible to the U.S.

If u plan to become a permanent resident in Moroc,, then yes Morocco has no HIV-testing requirement for residency permit applicants. HIV tests are mandatory for all persons (age 15 to 60) wishing to reside in Morocco. The HIV test must be conducted in Morocco at a facility approved by the Moroccan Ministry of Health. https://www.hivtravel.org/Default.aspx?PageId=143&CountryId=126#:~:text=Morocco has no HIV-testing requirement for residency permit applicants.&text=HIV tests are mandatory for,the Moroccan Ministry of Health.

Stats are out for 2023 quarter 2 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/data/Quarterly_All_Forms_FY2023_Q2.pdf considered family still pending based are I 129 (K1) 57,295 I 130 1,918,709 I 600 648 I 601a 134,378 I 751 225,764 I 800 1,024 I 485 489,835 that is 2,827,653 pending family based those numbers are pending only / there were 3,965,316 approved and that doesn't even take in the N 400 cases altogether UCCIS had 8,875,675 cases pending and 3,965,316 approved by March 31, 2023 From someone who waited thru this process for 6 years, letting the more wealthy (those who could afford premimun processing) have priority over all others would be a new "can of worms " for petitioners and USCIS and premium processing would not be any faster some countries need the extra work (vetting) With all the complaints ICE and USCIS get for divorce and he/she used me for a green card, i could see them thinking to slow the process even more for vetting of suspicious cases
